Watch your words
Kind words are never wasted.
Let us give great attention to the words we speak,
knowing that they are powerful.
“The destruction wrecked by many people everyday with unkind words, snide remarks or all out verbal attacks on our friends and loved ones is just as destructive as any physical punishment. Human beings are highly sensitive to the world around them. Their conscious mind protects them from unkind verbal attack with retaliation and reason but the less focused subconscious mind does not have this ability to decipher, it stores every occurrence within its field of observation, even when it is not noticed consciously.
Verbal abuse is accumulated in the minds subconscious storehouse and can be dispersed and discharged with little harm in modest quantities. However, when we are consistently bombarded by abuse, unkind words, spitefulness, vindictiveness, and callousness this negative energy turns inwards and manifests in a wide of physical maladies, from migraines to cancer.
One particular woman underwent fourteen major operations for reoccurring cancers and cysts due directly to the physical and verbal abuse she endured from her bullyboy alcoholic husband. The day she finally gave up and left him she regained her health and the growths ceased. It remains a remarkable human oversight that such a powerfully destructive weapon as speech should be used with such disregard for the human suffering it can cause when unleashed without consideration of its effect on our fellow man.”

comes to words, they are untouched”

What is Love?
You will understand what love truly is when you stop thinking of it as feeling. To love is not to have a feeling for someone but to live in love and do everything with love - speak, walk, eat, breathe, study with love...
Love arises when we have brought all our organs, cells and faculties into a state of harmony,
so that they vibrate in unison with our Creator in light and peace.
So love is a permanent state of consciousness.
Those who have attained this state of consciousness feel their whole being imbued with divine fluids, and everything they do is a melody.

There is so much to know...
I would not interfere with any creed of yours, or want to appear that I have all the cures.
There is so much to know... So many things are true...
The way my feet must go may not be the best for you.
And so, I give this spark of what is light to me,
to guide you through the dark, but not to tell you what to see." -- Unknown Author

What will your last 10 years look like?
Will you be quick enough for a game of tag with your grandchild,
strong enough to embrace every moment?
Will you grow old with vitality or get old with disease?
Please take time to decide and please change your future ...

It is not the strongest of the species that will survive,
nor the most intelligent, but the most responsive to change.

TIP OF THE WEEK: GOT SCRATCHED FURNITURE?
by Annalise Mantz for Thrive Market
Thrift store enthusiasts and DIY decorators, listen up: We’ve got a trick up our sleeve that could change the home furniture game.
Don’t say farewell to that gorgeous antique trunk marred by an ugly scratch, or resign yourself to refinishing grandma’s coffee table after the mover’s dinged it up. Instead, turn to a pantry staple--walnuts—to cover up scratches and blemishes in just a few minutes. With this tip at your disposal, you can extend the life of wood pieces at home for little to no cash.
Here’s how it works: Rub a raw walnut back and forth across the length of the scratch for about 30 seconds. Leave the scratch alone for two to three minutes while the oil from the nut seeps into the wood. This should help heal the scratch. Then, using a soft microfiber cloth, gently polish the scratched area.
Step back and admire your handiwork: the mark should be much less noticeable, and the surface will look as good as new!

A son of a British Farmer who had a change of heart reads an inspiring poem, directly from the depths of his soul.
We're living in a nation
where there's growing condemnation
of what is done to those who cannot talk
I was blind to all that pain
so I couldn't feel the shame
in that broken piece of body on my fork
Then I wondered could any child
breed a bird that can't be wild
to eat its wings, take off its legs and its head?
no.
So we pay for hidden slaughter
'til we've addicted sons and daughters
to our habit of eating the dead
And it's not so very long
since who could see the wrong
in breeding humans as slaves without pain
It could be a woman without a vote
or killing a leopard for its coat
did we ever see the evil of the day?
So do you think you're any better
now the animals we fetter
outnumber every human ten to one?
And many children hardly eat
because their food has fed your meat
while the blame for this shame you pass on
So give me avocados
and I'll eat tofu burgers
you can even give me black bean curd
But please, don't give me bread
if it's wrapping the dead
remains of the body of a bird
For every piece of flesh you buy
you're paying to breed the next to die
by compassion no longer we've led
And for the cow it's worse, I fear
they rod rape her every year
take every calf, take all her milk
until she's dead.
This choice you say is your right
that you can eat just as you like
and it's merely an opinion that I voice
But your choice, it kills so many
this opinion kills not any
and your victims, do you give them any choice?
So there's more to avocados and eating tofu burgers
than minimizing sickness and your girth
No less than Einstein did resolve
from eating flesh we must evolve
or mankind, he said, may not survive on earth
The age in which we're living is ever more misgiving
over what is done to those who cannot talk
are you blind to all that pain?
Can you not feel the shame
in that broken piece of body
on your fork?
