- Add 1/4 cup of purified water and put the lid on the blender. Blend until smooth.
- Place a clean nut milk bag over the mouth of a pitcher or bowl and pour the blended celery through the nut milk bag. Use your hands to squeeze the celery juice through the bag.
- Drink immediately, or feel free to make enough for 2 days ( two bunches) and keep in sealed mason jar the fridge.

These two photos are 14 months apart, the left was taken end of 2020 and the right beginning of 2022. When I embarked on my healing journey, healing the structure of my right foot didn’t even come to mind, I just didn’t think it was possible and instead thought it would occasionally hurt and look like that forever.
I was 17 when I broke my right foot. I was in a cast for 2 weeks before finding out that they’ve made a misdiagnosis, that it was actually a shattered not a clean break. I had two operations on it. It then tried to heal but because I was eating dairy and other non productive foods back then it couldn’t repair itself fully, but instead developed calcium deposits & bone spurs later on.
Fast forward to 2018, I started drinking celery juice. I upped my celery juice to 32oz in 2020, with many rounds of the advanced 369 in 2021 including 64oz of celery juice on days 7, 8 & 9. End of last year I noticed my foot getting slimmer, literally bones restructuring and healing themselves. I’m blown away, and I wanted to share this with you in case any of you have bones and/or bone injuries to heal.
