6:00 PM. Drink one serving (¾ cup - 180 ml ) of the ice cold Epsom salts (or 15 capsules). You may add 1/8 tsp. vitamin C powder to improve the taste. You may also drink a few mouthfuls of water afterwards or rinse your mouth.
8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another ¾ cup (180 ml) of Epsom salts (or 15 caps).
9:45 PM. Pour ½ cup (120 ml) (measured) olive oil into the pint jar. Ozonate the olive oil for best results. The ozonated oil kills all bacteria in the bile and on the liver stones.
