Parkinson's Disease
🌸
A disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement,
often including tremors.
Nerve cell damage in the brain causes dopamine levels to drop,
leading to the symptoms of Parkinson's.
Parkinson's often starts with a tremor in one hand.
Other symptoms are slow movement, stiffness, and loss of balance.
🌸
Publicly known medical communities are operating without the knowledge
that toxic heavy metals are classic Parkinson’s real cause.

The popular food now linked to PARKINSON'S disease
By LUKE ANDREWS, US SENIOR HEALTH REPORTER
Scientists have proposed a concerning new theory to explain the surge in Parkinson's disease, which suggests nearly everyone could have a more increased risk.
Parkinson's is an incurable neurological disorder that gradually robs patients of their ability to control movement, causing tremors, stiffness and severe disability.
While the illness has long been linked to genetics and the environment,
researchers in China now believe microplastics may also play a role.
The video player is currently playing an ad. You can skip the ad in 5 sec with a mouse or keyboardIn a review of more than 100 studies, the researchers said the tiny plastic fragments that enter the body daily through food and water could accumulate in the brain.
Once there, they warned the plastic could trigger the accumulation of toxic protein clumps linked to Parkinson's.
Writing in their review, they said: 'With the intensification of global plastic pollution, the potential threats posed by micro- and nanoplastics to human health have become a major concern.
'[Microplastics] enter the organism through ingestion, inhalation, and skin contact, subsequently accumulating in multiple organs – particularly the brain.'
The warning comes as Parkinson's cases have more than doubled globally in the last 25 years, with an estimated 8.9 million people now living with the disease.

12 healthy foods full of cancer-causing particles
By LUKE ANDREWS, US SENIOR HEALTH REPORTER
Gruesome pictures have revealed the shocking impact microplastics could be having on your appearance — and making you look decrepit and older.
Microplastics are now in almost everything we touch,
from food and clothing to water, kitchenware and household items -
and every American is now thought to have microplastics in their bodies.
They leach from plastic items into our bodies, either through contact or consumption, building up over-time and wreaking havoc on our hormones, increasing the risk of disease, drying out the skin, inflammation and weight fluctuations.
The video player is currently playing an ad. You can skip the ad in 5 sec with a mouse or keyboard
Now, a UK recycling company has tried to capture the impact these toxins could be having on the skin.
In a release, they used AI to estimate how long-term exposure to microplastics at low, medium and high levels could impact a man and a woman's appearance.
Mark Hall, a plastic waste expert at the business behind the report, said: 'It's clear to see there are many worrying signs of how this pollution might affect us.
'The imagery we have generated is based on the findings of these studies and shows alarming results, but we hope the images will make people sit up and pay attention to the larger issue.'
In the US, about 1.1 million people are estimated to have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, a number that is set to double by 2040.
At the same time, plastic levels in the environment have surged.
Plastic debris first appeared in significant amounts in the 1960s, and is now virtually ubiquitous in the US environment.
Today, researchers estimate that the average American consumes about five grams of microplastics every week, the equivalent of a spoon full, 21 grams every month, the same as the weight of five casino die, and 125 grams every six months, or enough to fill a standard bowl of cornflakes.
Studies have already linked exposure to these plastics to numerous harmful effects, including infertility, cancer and developmental delays, which experts say is because they can damage cells or interfere with hormones.
Microplastics in the environment come from the degradation of larger plastic items that takes place during use or in the environment.
In their study, the scientists — led by Gannan Medical University in southern China — noted that a microplastic is a plastic fragment smaller than five millimeters, while a nanoplastic is smaller than a thousandth of a millimeter.
In the brain, they said they could cause toxic alpha-synuclein protein clumps to form, which are typically found in Parkinson's patients.
How should we respond to the possibility that everyday plastics might be fueling a Parkinson's epidemic?

The above graph shows the increase in Parkinson's cases and deaths in the US
The scientists based their observations on lab and animal studies.
In their review, the team cited evidence that the plastic particles could also cause neuroinflammation, disrupt cell communication and carry metals into the brain, which they said may also raise the risk of the disease.
Published in the Nature journal npj Parkinson's Disease, researchers analyzed more than 100 studies based on animal testing or lab experiments.
The scientists noted that they had only detected an association and said more research was needed to back up their claim.
Parkinson's disease is caused by the loss of dopamine-producing cells in the brain, triggering irregular brain activity and the symptoms linked to the disease.
It is not clear why this happens, but previous research suggests these cells may be eliminated by the immune system misfiring. This could be caused by genetics and exposure to certain toxins, pesticides and even well water.
People at the highest risk of Parkinson's are individuals aged over 60 years old and men, who are 50 percent more likely to develop the condition than women.
A study published earlier this month suggested people who get their drinking water from newer groundwater sources could be at greater risk of the disease because it contained more contaminants.
And a separate paper from January warned that people who play golf may be at higher risk from the disease because of exposure to pesticides used on golf courses.
There are no treatments available to cure the disease, although doctors do have drugs available that can slow the condition's progression.

Microplastics enter the human body primarily through ingestion (eating/drinking contaminated food, water, and plastic-packaged items) and inhalation (breathing in airborne synthetic fibers and dust). They are also absorbed via skin contact with personal care products, with particles accumulating in organs like the lungs, liver, and blood.
Key Routes of Entry:
Key Routes of Entry:
- Inhalation (Air):
- Indoor Air: Fibers from clothing (polyester), carpets, and household dust are frequently inhaled.
- Outdoor Air: Tire wear debris, traffic emissions, and airborne particles from synthetic fabrics.
- Skin Contact & Other:
- Personal Care Products: Some cosmetics, sunscreens, and toothpastes contain small plastic particles.
- Medical Exposure: Some studies suggest absorption through personal protective equipment or, in the case of tiny nanoplastics, potentially through compromised skin.
- Ingestion (Food & Drink):
- Food Contamination: Seafood (microplastics in fish/shellfish), salt, and food packaged in plastic are major sources.
- Household Items: Reheating food in plastic containers and using synthetic tea bags can leach particles.
- Bottled/Tap Water: A significant source, with bottled water containing high levels of nanoplastics.

Is the brain damage associated with milk consumption due to the banned pesticide heptachlor or the milk sugar galactose?
Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative brain disorder that affects millions of people. What causes it? Well, if you look at lifestyle factors associated with Parkinson’s disease, dairy consumption is the strongest dietary factor associated with an increased risk of Parkinson’s disease.
In fact, dairy products are the only food group consistently linked with a high risk of developing Parkinson’s. Five large prospective studies have confirmed the link.
This includes the two Harvard cohorts, the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-up Study, which followed more than 100,000 people combined for decades in “the largest analysis of dairy and PD [Parkinson’s disease] to date,” analyzing more than 1,000 newly diagnosed cases.
All the studies found a link between dairy and Parkinson’s, with most finding a significant link—about a 50% increase in risk overall in those drinking the most milk compared to those drinking the least, at a p-value below 0.00001, meaning there’s less than a 1 in 100,000 chance you’d randomly get a finding that extreme.
You can see this in the chart below and at 1:13 in my video, The Role Milk May Play in Triggering Parkinson’s Disease.
Okay, but why is there a link at all?
“Despite clear-cut associations between milk intake and” incidence of Parkinson’s, “there is no rational explanation,” concluded one review.
A year later, though, we got a clue: “Midlife milk consumption and substantia nigra neuron density at death.” What does that mean?
Parkinson’s is caused primarily by the loss of a certain type of nerve cells in a critical part of the brain, with symptoms first appearing once most of these neurons have died.
So one study looked at how much milk people drank when they were in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, and then examined their brains at autopsy and counted how many of those critical neurons they had left. In every single quadrant, neuron density was highest “in those who consumed no milk and lowest in those who consumed the most milk.”
Even after removing the Parkinson’s cases, those drinking two cups (473 mL) of milk a day had up to 40% fewer nerve cells in most quadrants of that critical brain region. What’s in milk that could be wiping out brain cells?
Among the people who drank the most milk, residues of the pesticide “heptachlor epoxide were found in 9 out of 10 brains.” So, maybe the finding of pesticide residues more commonly in the brains of those who drank the most milk could explain how milk could be cause-and-effect related to Parkinson’s disease risk.
Now, that’s not the only potential explanation. In one of my videos, I talked about how meat contains that clumpy neurotoxic protein alpha-synuclein. Well, dairy products may contain trace amounts as well, but we don’t have confirmation of that. Could the milk sugar “galactose be the missing link?”
Galactose is what the lactose in milk breaks down into once it’s in the body. It’s also what’s used to induce aging—to experimentally cause aging—in the brain.
When you drink it, the galactose is picked up by your brain within a few hours, and for doses above 100 mg/kg, it appears that galactose can cause pathological alterations in brain cells, similar to those observed in Parkinson’s disease. This amount “can be reached and surpassed” by simply drinking two glasses (473 mL) of milk (the main dietary source of galactose) each day.
And of all your brain cells, those dopaminergic neurons—the ones that you need to retain to prevent Parkinson’s—may be more vulnerable to galactose-induced damage because they are more vulnerable to oxidative stress.
Galactose may also explain the findings linking milk drinking with higher death rates. You may be thinking, “Well, duh—the saturated butterfat is just cutting people’s lives short,” but higher mortality with high milk consumption has been observed regardless of the milk fat content. Skim milk might be fat-free, but it’s not lactose-free.
Can’t you just drink lactose-free milk, like Lactaid? That has the lactase enzyme added to make lactose-free milk. But it just breaks down lactose into galactose in the carton rather than in your gut, so you’re still ingesting the same amount of galactose.
Perhaps it’s no wonder that more milk intake at midlife may be linked to a greater rate of cognitive decline. Remember, researchers use galactose to create brain aging in the laboratory. D-galactose, a metabolic derivative of lactose, has been extensively used in animal models “to mimic cognitive aging” through oxidative stress.
Compared to those who said they “almost never” drink milk, those drinking more than one glass (237 mL) a day appear more likely to suffer a decline in global cognitive function.

In the old days, Parkinson’s was fairly limited to symptoms like a tremor and a shake.
Now a combination of symptoms such as general stiffness, aches and pains,
confusion, depression, and anxiety may be miscategorized as Parkinson’s.
If doctors were handed the tools and training they needed, they would discover that the true foundation of Parkinson’s
is the toxic heavy metals
mercury,
aluminum,
and copper interacting with each other in the brain and oxidizing there,
causing corrosive runoff that spreads into adjacent connective tissue in the brain.
The toxic heavy metals’ discharge injures neurons, defuses electrical impulses, and starves neurotransmitters of the electricity and fuel they need in order to stay healthy and active.
That’s part of what causes the severity of Parkinson’s patients’ involuntary shaking and tremors.
Another part is that there are large deposits of toxic heavy metals and other contaminants spread out in many areas of the brain, surrounding neurons.
The neurons become hypersensitive
to pesticides,
herbicides,
fungicides,
fragrances,
scented candles, air fresheners,
colognes,
perfumes, and gasoline,
worsening already weak neurotransmitter chemicals.
Neurons become dysfunctional, and neurotransmitter chemicals defuse and dehydrate.
In Parkinson’s, toxic heavy metals are concentrated deep inside the brain.
While someone may have higher or lower metal levels,
it must be just the right blend of mercury, aluminum,
and copper touching each other to cause the tremors and shakes of “classic” Parkinson’s.
Publicly known medical communities are operating without the knowledge that toxic heavy metals are classic Parkinson’s real cause. They also don’t realize that viruses can lead to false Parkinson’s diagnoses.
When a virus is feeding off toxic heavy metals in the body, releasing neurotoxins that saturate the brain, this can cause tremors, confusion, and brain fog—and this chronic viral load can be mistaken for Parkinson’s.

This smoothie is not only delicious, it's also perfectly designed to include five key ingredients that work together in synergy to pull heavy metals
like mercury,
lead,
aluminum,
nickel,
copper,
and cadmium out of your organs where they accumulate.
Toxic heavy metals are virtually everywhere, and are present in all kinds of things that we come in contact with every day,
such as aluminum cans and aluminum foil,
batteries,
metal cookware,
old paint,
and even the foods we eat.
For instance,
pesticides and herbicides
(which are hard to completely avoid even on a strict organic diet),
are a common source of toxic heavy metals.
As a result, most of us are carrying around heavy metals that have been with us for almost our whole lives and which have burrowed deep inside our tissues. We are also born into this world with heavy metals already inside our livers. You can read more about how this happens in Liver Rescue.
Unfortunately, it is these “old” metals, the ones that have been lurking in our system for prolonged periods of time, that pose the greatest threat.
For example, over time toxic heavy metals can oxidize, causing damage to surrounding tissue and promoting inflammation. They literally poison our bodies, and can inflict damage on virtually every system and organ, including our brain, liver, digestive system, and other parts of our nervous system. Toxic heavy metals put an immense burden on our immune system, leaving us vulnerable to a variety of illnesses.
While toxins of every kind are harmful, heavy metals pose a unique threat. Not only are they damaging in their own right, they are also a form of neurotoxin (a poison that disrupts nerve function and confuses your immune system). Heavy metal neurotoxins can inflame and irritate our central nervous system (especially our brain), causing multiple symptoms such as memory loss, brain fog, fatigue, and depression.
Toxic heavy metals can also promote inflammation in the digestive tract, releasing poisons into our gut as well. As if this isn’t bad enough, heavy metals also serve as a source of food for viruses, bacteria, parasites, and other pathogens in our body.
For example, heavy metals can serve as a feeding ground for Streptococcus A or B, E. coli, C. difficile, H. pylori, and yeast cells. This can create an overgrowth of multiple bacteria in our gut, resulting in a condition known as SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), which is characterized by bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation (or both), and can lead to nutrient deficiencies.
Additionally, when viruses such as Epstein-Barr and shingles feed off toxic heavy metals, this can produce symptoms such as tingling, numbness, fatigue, anxiety, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, dizziness, vertigo, eczema, rosacea and psoriasis, as well as neck pain, knee pain, foot pain, pain in the back of the head, and a variety of other aches and pains that are often attributed to other causes.
It's virtually impossible not to take in a certain amount of these toxic heavy metals in our modern era, so it's vitally important to our health that we get them out before they can wreak further havoc on our health. Thankfully, it's relatively simple to remove them from our organs if we consume the right foods to do so. Adding the following all-star team of foods to your diet and being diligent in your efforts to consume them every day will go a long way toward ridding your body of heavy metals:
Spirulina:
This edible blue-green algae draws out heavy metals from your brain, central nervous system, and liver, and soaks up heavy metals extracted by barley grass juice extract powder. Take 2 teaspoons mixed in water, coconut water, juice or the smoothie recipe below daily.
Barley grass juice extract:
prepares the metals for complete absorption by the spirulina.
This nutritive grass has the ability to draw heavy metals out of your spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, thyroid, and reproductive system. Drink 1-2 teaspoons mixed in water, coconut water, juice or the smoothie recipe below daily.
Cilantro:
Goes deep into hard-to-reach places, extracting metals from yesteryear (so it’s great for that mercury inheritance you’re carrying around!). Blend one cup in a smoothie (like the one below), juice, or add to salad or guacamole.
Wild blueberries:
Draw heavy metals out of your brain tissue, healing and repairing any gaps created by oxidation when the heavy metals are removed. It is important to use wild blueberries, as they possess unique phytonutrients with special detoxifying capabilities. The potent antioxidants in wild blueberries help reverse any oxidative damage left behind by the heavy metal removal. This is especially important for your brain tissue—in fact, wild blueberries are the most powerful food for halting or in some cases reversing Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Eat at least one cup daily. You can also use wild blueberry powder if you can’t access fresh or frozen wild blueberries, or in addition to them. Note: while cultivated blueberries are nutritious, they lack the metal-drawing ability of the wild blueberries. Wild blueberries can be found in the freezer section of most supermarkets. If you can't access frozen wild blueberries or you're traveling, pure wild blueberry powder is a great option.
Atlantic dulse:
In addition to mercury, this edible seaweed binds to lead, aluminum, copper, cadmium, and nickel. Unlike other seaweeds, Atlantic dulse is a powerful force for removing mercury on its own. Atlantic dulse goes into deep, hidden places of the digestive tract and gut, seeking out mercury, binding to it, and never releasing it until it leaves the body. Eat two tablespoons of flakes daily, or an equal amount of strips if it’s in whole-leaf form.
Note: As it comes from the ocean, if you are concerned about the dulse itself having mercury, be aware that Atlantic sea dulse will not release any mercury it might possess into the body.
It holds on to the mercury as it works its way through, and even grabs onto other metals along the way and drives them out as well.
Atlantic dulse is a critical part of the team because it can hang out near the finish line (i.e., our colon), waiting for the other foods that have been grabbing on to heavy metals along the way. It serves as emergency backup, helping ensure that all the heavy metals that made it as far as the colon actually leave the body.

Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie FAQ
Is there a particular time of the day that’s best to drink the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie?
Any time of day is fine, but it’s better to have it earlier rather than later in the day so you fit it in. Many people have it as their breakfast.
What if I can’t have bananas?
You can use mangoes or papayas.
Will this still be effective if I have regular cultivated blueberries?
Cultivated blueberries do not have the ability to pull out heavy metals like the wild blueberries do. Wild blueberries are the top superfood on the planet because they have learned to adapt and thrive over thousands of years through droughts, fires, and frosts. In contrast, if you were to stop watering cultivated blueberries they would soon die. This unique strength, resilience and adaptability set wild blueberries apart fro cultivated blueberries and other berries. To find out more about the healing properties of wild blueberries, you can refer to Life-Changing Foods.
Will dried wild blueberries have any ability to remove heavy metals?
Any dried wild blueberries will have some effect but they will range. For the Heavy Metal Detox you are better off using a high quality additive-free wild blueberry powder.
Is it safe to drink if pregnant?
Yes it is safe to drink while pregnant.
Can I use cilantro essential oil instead of fresh cilantro?
No, it’s important that the cilantro be fresh.
Can I use any kind of barley grass?
Barley grass JUICE powder is different than barley grass powder. It concentrates the nutritional properties and is the easiest way for the body to digest, assimilate, and utilize its nutrients. In addition, the supplement type and quality you choose matters. Not all supplements offer the same benefits. For these very important reasons, I offer a directory on my website of the best forms of each supplement, which you can find here.
Is it safe to drink while breastfeeding?
Yes, it is safe for you and the baby.
Is this one or two servings?
This is one serving.
Is this smoothie ok for children?
Yes it is safe and healthy for children. You can adjust the amounts for your child as you wish.
What is a “small handful” of dulse flakes?
If using Atlantic dulse in small flake form it’s roughly two tablespoons.
How often should I drink the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie?
Drink the smoothie daily for optimal benefits.
Is it ok to substitute orange juice with coconut water?
Yes, a good quality coconut water is a great substitute. You can also use fresh apple juice.
Should the orange juice be fresh or can it be store bought or frozen concentrate?
It’s best to juice it fresh yourself. If that’s not possible, try to find a 100% orange juice without any additives or flavors.
What if one of the 5 main ingredients (spirulina, barley grass juice powder, cilantro, wild blueberries, and Atlantic dulse) is not available where I live?
It’s best to have all 5, but you will still get benefits with 3 or 4 of the main ingredients.
Where do I find wild blueberries
In the US and Canada they are widely available in the freezer section of many supermarkets and health food stores. In other countries, there are some suppliers now delivering the frozen wild blueberries depending on the country. You can also get wild blueberry powder.
Can I drink this if I am diabetic?
Yes. Contrary to popular belief, fruit does not cause diabetes. It is the fat that is blocking the sugar from getting into the cells and creating insulin resistance. Our bodies need healthy carbohydrates to function. Sugar and unhealthy carbohydrates from foods like cakes, cookies, and candy are indeed bad for us and should be avoided. Fresh fruit, sweet potatoes, and potatoes, however, have the critical clean carbohydrates we need. For more information on both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, please see Liver Rescue.
I don’t like the taste of cilantro. What can I do?
You can try a small amount of cilantro in the smoothie to start. The fruit taste will mask much of the flavor of the cilantro. If you still dislike it, you can have the smoothie with just one tiny sprig of cilantro and slowly increase the quantity over time. Below I explain what’s really happening when someone has an aversion to cilantro. When a person perceives an abrupt, harsh flavor from the cilantro herb, it means that she or he has a higher oxidative rate of heavy metals in her or his system. This doesn’t mean the person possesses a higher level of toxic heavy metals.
Rather, the heavy metals (in this case, usually a combination of aluminum, nickel, and/or copper, at whatever level) in her or his body are corroding rapidly. Corrosion means that there’s toxic runoff, which makes its way into a person’s lymphatic system and saliva. The moment cilantro makes contact with the mouth, its phytochemicals start to bind onto any oxidative runoff they encounter—if there’s a lot of this debris in a person’s saliva, it can result in a harsh sensation when eating cilantro. In other words, if someone dislikes cilantro, there’s a good chance she or he really needs it.
Can I drink the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie if I have mercury amalgams in my teeth?
Yes, you can. First of all, if it did pull out the mercury it would be fine because the cilantro and other four ingredients in the smoothie would carry it out. But, your saliva doesn't allow the phytochemical compounds that are in cilantro to bind to the mercury on the surface of the teeth. The saliva in your mouth inactivates the compounds in cilantro until it gets to the stomach where it is reactivated. This smoothie is helpful for anyone who has amalgams.

Good vs. Bad
Metals In Our Brain
🌸
Your brain is electricity.
From early experiments with electricity—remember the key and kite from history—to the most advanced technology we have today, there’s a common thread: metal.
Metal is used to deliver and carry electricity, to manipulate electrical currents, to pull electricity, to push it.
Now, if your brain is full of electrical currents, what must be involved? Metals. That’s right—our brains are largely about metals and electricity. It’s critical to understand this. Here’s the kicker: there are both bad metals and good metals at work.
On the one hand, our brains can harbor mercury, lead, arsenic, cadmium, barium, nickel, aluminum, toxic calcium, toxic copper, toxic chromium, tin, and more. These are the bad, industrialized, toxic metals.
On the other hand, not all metals in the brain are bad or unproductive. We rely on some critically important metals in our brains: trace minerals.
These good metals include beneficial, non-industrialized forms of gold, calcium, copper, potassium, magnesium, chromium, palladium, vanadium, and more. One reason beneficial metals are there is to control electrical currents.
Rogue toxic heavy metals residing in the brain with the good metals wreak havoc—they create a battle in our brains: living metal against dead metal, life-giving metal versus life-taking metal, good versus evil.
For decades, Medical Medium information has redefined “toxic heavy metals,” classifying any and all industrialized, toxic metals that take up residence inside the brain and body as toxic heavy metals—because the damage any toxic metal creates has heavy consequences in people’s lives.
Aluminum, for example, which is a “light” metal, is considered nontoxic by medical and other industries because it’s not in the heavy metal classification.
In truth, aluminum is neurotoxic and damaging to the brain— so it’s toxic and has heavy consequences. That’s why I call it a toxic heavy metal.
Trace minerals are life-giving. They’re part of how our bodies are created. Toxic heavy metals are life-taking. They’re part of how our bodies rapidly age and degenerate. Good metals, in mineral form—trace minerals—contain information that comes from life sources of the planet and also life forces outside the planet, from the solar system and galaxy.
These minerals play an integral role with the mineral salts in our brain and the sugar that carries minerals and electrolytes to our brain. Electricity in our brain is reliant on trace minerals as fuel.
Toxic heavy metals, meanwhile, can weaken, burn out, short out, twist out, interfere with, toxify, and denature our brain’s natural electrical currents, currents that allow us to think, feel, and function optimally.
Why are toxic heavy metals so problematic?
Because they are constantly interfering with electricity, which means they are constantly interfering with your brain’s receiving of and communicating information.
They can be mind-altering and make decisions for a person by getting in the way of clear thinking.
The good news is that there are protocols and steps you can take starting today to fight off the bad metals in your brain and take charge of your brain.

From the #1 New York Times best-selling author of the Medical Medium series, a revised and expanded edition of the book that started a health revolution.
Anthony William, the Medical Medium, has helped millions of people heal from ailments that have been misdiagnosed or ineffectively treated or that doctors can't resolve on their own.
Now he returns with an elevated and expanded edition of the book where he first opened the door to healing knowledge from over 30 years of bringing people's lives back.
With a massive amount of healing information that science won't discover for decades, Anthony gets to the root of people's pain or illness and what they need to do to restore their health now--which has never been more important.
His tools and protocols achieve spectacular results, even for those who have spent years and many thousands of dollars on all forms of medicine before turning to him. They are the answers to rising from the ashes.
Medical Medium reveals the true causes of chronic symptoms, conditions, and diseases that medical communities continue to misunderstand or struggle to understand at all.
It explores the solutions for dozens of the illnesses that plague us,
including Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, adrenal fatigue, ME/CFS, hormonal imbalances, Hashimoto's disease, MS, RA, depression, neurological conditions, chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, blood sugar imbalances, colitis and other digestive disorders, and more.
This elevated and expanded edition also offers further immune support, brand-new recipes, and even more solutions for restoring the soul and spirit after illness or life events have torn at our emotional fabric.
Whether you've been given a diagnosis you don't understand, or you have symptoms you don't know how to heal, or someone you love is sick, or you're a doctor who wants to care for your own patients better, Medical Medium offers the answers you need.
It's also a guidebook for everyone seeking the secrets to living longer, healthier lives.

One of the biggest hills to climb when healing is getting past taste. What food tastes like can have a huge influence on a person taking the correct steps to reverse their symptoms and conditions. Even if the foods truly taste delicious, it doesn’t change the programming someone has adapted to for most or all of their life. This challenge is even far above that of comfort foods and soothing foods used to offset stress in someone’s life.
The challenge can simply be just taste for many. Taste can get in the way of healing, period. People say they like apples, but after an apple or two a day, they give up on it. People say they love oranges, but after one or two oranges, they quit.
People say they love salads, but as time goes on, the salad shape shifts into an entirely different meal that isn’t as healing as the one they started out with. Even something as universal as berries can be difficult for so many if the berries aren’t being drowned out with peanut butter and yogurt.
One might think yogurt is healthy, but yogurt in most cases is dairy, and what if someone is sensitive to dairy products and it is in their best interest to avoid dairy in order to heal? Eating berries on their own or with other fruits can be challenging for most people, especially if they need to eat them every day to get the most out of the berries versus just once a week or once a month.
Fruits, leafy greens, wild foods, herbs, vegetables, tubers, roots, shoots, rhizomes and sea vegetables aren’t the most fun or easiest foods to eat when someone is used to grilled cheese for lunch, pizza for dinner and coffee and bagels in the morning.
The Taste Demon can get in the way and thwart someone’s chances of healing or even getting to the finish line.
People often forget the present moment as well, and instead think back on a time they were healthier for a moment in their life, but in reality, they haven’t been that way in months or years.
These flash backs shape our reality when the truth is we haven’t eaten that well for a longer period of time than we believe. How someone enjoys what they are eating also shapes how far they will go to eat to heal. Everyone has a different threshold and palate.
In this episode…
• Discover how a person’s taste for food has more control over them than they would ever think.
• Learn about what people like to indulge in and what power these addictions have over a person’s health.
• Uncover the emotional injuries people have around food and how that plays a role in their eating habits.
• Learn the infamous phrase that can change people’s perception of food in a damaging way.
• Discover how a person’s specific level of toxins, poisons and exposures can affect their brain and alter how that person sees and tastes food.
• Learn how no two people taste food the same and what that has to do with their brains.
• Learn about the electrical impulses and signals traveling between cranial nerves and how toxic heavy metals, MSG, pesticides, herbicides and more can block or alter the brain’s messaging, and how this all plays into food.
• Uncover The Taste Demon and how it can be the ultimate controller of whether or not you heal.
• Discover why you may not like the taste of different fruits or leafy greens.
All this and more, tune in and don’t miss out on this important episode. You can revisit this episode anytime you need it.
