and Clement yeah so nice to be with you so nice to be with you it's an honor raw foods Pioneer I think you've been raw0:06
over 50 years that's correct and you're world renowned you're known all over the world I actually in Toronto last week
0:12
was at my local juice bar cheers by the way no fruit in this so much greens so0:17
healthy I was at the juice bar and she was asking what I was doing next week and I told her a few of the guests I was interviewing and she said she's been to
0:24
hypocrates and she said she never felt better in her whole life and she actually said that she would see people
0:31
come in with a huge goer around their neck or with major problems and four weeks later it was like it was gone and
0:37
there was so much better she said she honestly never felt better in her whole life she had nothing but good things to say and she mentioned too that a lot of0:44
this was done I think on no fruit or low fruit yes this topic interests me so much so I would love to start with this
0:51
so you've been helping reverse things with people for so long now you were a0:56
master you are just amazing and why no fruit I'm wondering I think I saw in an1:01
interview that you noticed with tumors they were growing I might be wrong so correct me if I am that you noticed the
1:07
tumors were growing when you had fruit in the protocol so I would love to you for you to speak on this because I'm
1:13
fascinated by this topic I eat a lot of fruit so I'd love to hear about this so I was fortunate uh meeting a woman from
1:20
Miami actually when I was just a youngster I was 19 and it was a summer
1:25
of 1969 and I was severely overweight and she literally cracked me in the back
1:33
of the head and said you've got to straighten out you're going to die and you know when you're that age you don't think death is eminent that's for sure
1:40
and she talked about how she had healed cancer on Plants now to me that was as
1:46
foreign as speaking a language from another planet uh in my house the only plant I saw is after I became a good
1:53
proficient spear fisherman it was butter and in there there was something that apparently was a stream beinging
2:00
couldn't really tell it was a stream P anyway and so she influenced me in such
2:06
a powerful way the 7some year old woman because she had reverse cancer and I trusted her she had an organization
2:13
right here in Miami that she opened the door it was a bank allowed them to take
2:18
a room and there were 200 people that had these remarkable stories and there I began and by 72 I was
2:27
completely uh 100% vegan and I was really vigan from 69 on but
2:33
cheated you know every once in a while I'd say gee that ice cream just looks good until I felt awful from it that was
2:39
it so now let's get to fruit the easiest way for me to eat raw2:45
food as it is most people at the beginning is consume what I was addicted to Sugar now we've been uh misinformed2:55
on sugar you have people like Dr steer who was on the sugar industry's payroll3:00
out of Harvard saying that there's a difference in sugar and without data3:05
without substantial science that's become the standard and the body doesn't know that3:12
though the body doesn't listen to salesmanship it listens to what it needs3:17
and what it doesn't need but my diet must have been 50 to 60% fruit at the3:22
beginning it was quite easy to be a raw footer and now I join the team of3:29
hypocrates in 75 I was living for a short time in in3:35
Maine on my way to Oregon to open a Health Center on the Oregon coast we'd3:40
open it from April until probably October early October and3:45
hike and eat plant-based diets and I went to visit hypocrates and our founder3:51
Anne Wigmore who healed herself in3:56
1954 after the doctors told her she had 90 days to live in 1952 of plant-based diets and I had no4:04
intent to being cold dark you know miserable frankly Boston but uh my ego4:12
and my ambition outdid it and I said yes reluctantly and they realized I like to4:19
articulate I like to talk and within a couple of years they sent me to Europe and when I came back in 1980 they asked4:26
me to direct The Institute oh and was IEP prepared no as a matter of fact I'm still learning as I go along since 19804:33
my wife and I assumed the directorship and we've had hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people both in4:39
Europe in the center she ran in Sweden the centers I developed and ran in Europe as well as here I've estimated4:46
that I've worked with 300,000 people directly indirectly at The Institute in in week-long conferences in California4:54
or in Europe and as directors it was a totally different responsibility in my5:01
view than when I was working with hypocrates now you were coming to me and5:07
in a way putting your life in my hand putting your trust in me and I started to observe young women and women of all5:14
ages uh when they would consume lots of carrot juice beet juice mangoes oranges5:20
all of the all of the fruits visibly I'd see the tumor is grow wow and this was5:26
completely stunning to me because I was out teaching eat fruits and vegetables5:31
mhm and we're going to preface this in a minute so you understand fruit was the original diet of man in great part5:37
mhm and now I I got to a point where it was frustrating there was nothing in the5:44
literature science literature I would sneak in my buddies would bring me into Harvard and I'd go to NYU when I was5:49
there and UCLA when I was out there you couldn't find anything about fruit and vegetables no less don't eat fruit and5:56
it happened to be uh a trip I was taking to Lex lecture in Los Angeles I was on a6:03
plane and there was a guy next to me a typical American my wife always says one way we can tell you're an American they6:08
don't know you but they'll ask you what you do yeah so I'm on sitting there three hours and finally he says to me what do6:15
you do and I mumbled because I was a little I was reading and I said I direct a center in Boston a natural health6:22
center and he said is it hypocrates he got all excited lit up my aunt heel disease there and and I to be polite I6:29
said what do you do he said well I cultivate uh organic fruits with the University of California I'm a professor6:36
MH there and boy was he sorry he opened his mouth and the universe sent him to6:42
me let's read that one yeah and he was very kind he would never take a penny from me but we subsequently talked for6:48
about six hours and he said the Chinese started to cultivate uh hybridization of6:54
fruit thousands of years ago so the guy at the top of the mountain spliced the6:59
part of the the branch with the other part of the branch to have more cropped sweeter fruit and now we do it on7:06
steroids with genetic modification and he I said tonight I'm going to be7:12
lecturing to people at the University of Southern California and there'll be a lot of Faculty there what do I tell them7:19
and he said well just be practical he said do you like crab apples I said no7:24
he said crab apples are sweeter than the original Apple I said no kidding he said the the7:30
fruits have about 28 to 32 times in general my favorite Apple at that point7:36
was 50 5 Z times more sugar than the original Apple and this is the problem7:42
the second problem is we have a commercial development of fruit now so7:48
what you are eating in in Toronto or what you're eating in New York or other7:53
than if you're in California or Florida in the winter time or fruits that were growing thousands of miles away and8:00
picked weeks and months early so here in frada I know for sure that the juice8:06
orange which makes 50% of the juice of all orange juice in the world uh is ripe8:11
in April they begin picking it now in September W so the on ripeness gets in8:17
and this is why uh you see a current TV ad from a dentist that even healthy food8:23
destroy your teeth and that's what she's talking about so the massive high acidity level take the enamel and pit8:30
the teeth and inflame arthritic conditions and this type of thing to top8:35
it all off the third issue now I will add one is your pancreas doesn't work8:41
wow now 150 years ago the only people that ate processed sugar were the8:46
aristocracy the elite because it was a a precious commodity that in fact uh they8:53
only ate about a kilo a year about two pounds for the Americans a year that and it would come out they'd eat morsels on9:00
their birthday or Christmas or some big holiday that was happening and they'd lock it up in a cabinet so if you went9:06
to a historic uh trip to a home of that era you'd see they have a cabinet for that9:13
now ironically somewhere along the way when Rockefeller took over the Health Care System he said you know I'm making9:20
more money than any man in the in the world he was the richest man in the world but I know a business that's better than oil and he said that's9:27
healthcare because at some point somebody's going to need a doctor so in a 10-year period he wiped out and he9:34
abolished traditional medicine wow and called it folk medicine that's where that word came from so picture your9:41
grandom on the front porch smoking a pipe telling you what to do who has no education yeah and he put shiny objects9:49
in front of us and he created the educational standard for medical schools globally so if you go to China to9:56
medical school you learn the same thing you do in New York or Chicago or Toronto10:01
and it's about pharmaceutical distribution it's not about health and10:08
at that same time he was doing all of this they started to realize we better10:13
put good drugs and bad drugs and on the bad drug list were things like cocaine10:18
that happened to be rightfully bad inside of soda mhm that's crazy to me10:26
right so Coca-Cola had it in knowing that you and your your family and everyone that ever drank it would be10:31
permanently addicted to it so they removed it and put a more addictive substance in called sugar now when I say10:38
that this is not Brian's opinion I speak always with authority experience and massive science behind this prinston10:45
University uh did a study it was very very well done they went on the street in toron New Jersey and Philadelphia and10:52
asked heroin addicts and cocaine addicts if they'd spend the day getting MRIs of their brain at Princeton which is close10:59
close proximity to both and they concluded at the end that when you take11:04
cocaine part of your brain lights up when you take heroin and other part but when you and I eat sugar I don't care if11:11
it's fruit sugar or glucose or dextrose or sucrose uh the whole brain lights up11:18
wow so once again it's un it's dozens three dozen times more11:23
addictive than heroin and cocaine so there's lots of reasons I don't like it11:28
but let's go back to the most important thing I said it was the original diet of man M it's a perfect food yeah I mean11:35
you have these trees they grow hundreds if not thousands of they fall yeah you grab them before the bugs and the birds11:42
you eat them you spit out the seed it grows another tree so what happened the hybridization so it's 30 times sweeter11:50
the pancreas no longer works because all at once government started to subsidize11:55
sugar realizing that the industries could put sugar into things and get you addicted to those products so now we12:02
broke the pancreas and ironically it was at one point the wealthy that ate most12:07
now the wealthy eats less not far less uh people with means in in the developed12:13
World consume approximately 120 pounds of sugar in one way or another a year12:18
the worst part of that story is our children so let's take a little girl a 100b 12y old girl we give her 200 lb of12:26
sugar a year M and so the first first drug Pusher you and I ever met were our mothers I had a great mother yeah no12:33
they didn't mean to they didn't mean to well what do you think about all these people who are like healing on it though12:38
like you hear like I read the grape cure and you know you I interviewed somebody Sarah era so she actually did she was in12:45
a wheelchair it was crazy and she did a one-ear juice Fest though and it was a lot of fruit sugar and then she healed12:52
so you do do hear some of those stories well you're going to hear stories and then let's explain them to you yeah when12:58
you look at these people they're on plant-based diets but their healing isn't coming from that it's coming from13:05
what they removed they remove the flesh food the milk from other13:11
species presumably processed foods fried food and that's where the healing so13:16
that's a short a honeymoon as I say so we work with these people at hypocrates and so yes the the disease13:26
may be removed temporarily and then the degr ration from this high high sugar13:31
content begins and when one is Young they can do that better than as you age13:37
because what happens is your metabolism is working like crazy so whatever you eat even junk food it comes in and out13:43
of you quicker than when you're 50 or 70 years old so you know and let me say13:49
this I don't want to sound like you know people are wrong for trying to do the right thing yeah and I think number one13:56
congratulations if you made that kind of choice yeah and just keep growing one14:01
thing that I uh decided to do when I was fairly young is never to let the stand14:09
below my feet be the same sand yeah so I study constantly read we do clinical14:14
research at hypocrates I'm interested in good science and of course my wife14:20
speaks seven languages so we don't only read American Science and and and that's14:25
it so if you're taking a step in that direction if fruit is where you are now great but keep looking forward keep14:31
looking at what's going on the words I say are not uh words established by my14:37
own Prejudice these are what the science Community talks about now yeah absolutely yeah and14:45
psychologically I would love to talk about I know you've mentioned how you know the greens versus fruit can change14:51
healing and things like that but what about our mind or moods or depression or bipolar anything like that do you think14:58
people in general maybe who don't need to heal anything but they want to feel happier feel their best you think you feel happier too on greens Space versus15:06
fruit yeah wow so now we'll give you the latest science and that this science some of what I'm going to discuss is a year year and a half old so I couldn't15:13
have discussed this with you I did a an organization that we helped to create is15:18
called the real truth about health the real truth aboutou health.com 10 years ago we had our first conference my wife15:25
and I conducted 40 hours of classes and Steven this wonderful philanthropic guy15:31
who does it says let's do it next year I said let me tell you if I do nothing else but study I still won't have 40 new15:37
hours of classes let's get new people so now it's 17 days and we have 80 world15:43
renowned experts that come in on their subject and what we have to understand15:48
is that knowledge is consistent it's it's perpetual and with AI right now15:55
knocking out our door and going to be in the bedroom and with us tomorrow it's not years away uh humans will not be16:03
able to even come close to the amount of wisdom that AI has and so to go back to16:09
what we were discussing a minute ago is we have got to determine what we're16:16
doing by current knowledge you know people always say well they they said this 2,000 years ago that's a big red16:22
flag true big red FL good point I mean if I tell you something and we tell this16:27
wonderful cameraman here something something and he tells the fourth person by the time it gets to the fourth person16:33
even though we have a sincere desire to tell it will be a different story true great point so that's it so that's where16:40
we are at this point and so when it comes to Healing uh the body has all16:47
human bodies we have eight billion human bodies on the earth and other than the Primal a Africans the original people16:54
three families of healthy bacteria in the gut now these are families that congregate and pull in more17:01
bacteria and perpetuate more bacteria one is called provella one is called rumac cacus and17:09
the other is called bacteroid their natural fuel is the17:15
cellulose from green leafy vegetables wow wow let me not stop there so I'll17:21
expand on this because this is if you're really interested in in the Primal diet the original diet all life17:29
you and I included the plants comes from protons from the Sun so the sun's a17:36
gigantic star if I put a suit I couldn't be burned I would fall through it it's17:42
only 2% particles and 98% gastric and in the heart of that sun remarkably17:49
zillions and that's not a joke no zillions of protons are born every second this second this second now as17:56
soon as they're they're given birth they bounce back and forth as if you and I would protons neutrons and we create18:03
friction so when we walk out this St today and we feel the wonderful Heat Of The Sun of Florida it's actually the18:09
friction that's going on now listen to this part of the story it's amazing for 100,000 years this goes on in this star18:17
then it reaches the surface and it shoots off that's called a solar storm18:23
so fast it no longer is matter it's no longer structure that what it is light18:29
mhm now what evolved on this earth the earth was nothing but water and it was18:34
dead yeah there was no life on this planet and about three and a half billion years ago something happened18:43
where bacteria that was living without oxygen morphed to a Sino bacteria which18:50
required oxygen so by that happening Evolution said okay let's create it and18:56
we believe it was nitrogen and vitamin C that gave birth to the first life form19:02
wow called blue green algae wow so one of the 39 supplements living supplements I take daily is blue green algae with19:09
four other algae now that hung around uh for about another billion billion and a19:15
half years and then the first land popped up and what do you think the first land was Australia yeah Australia
19:22
is a million years older than any other land and then the bottom of the ocean was sand yeah and the Al invisible algae
19:29
starts going back and forth and it evolved into grass wow now the second19:35
thing that evolved wasn't grass that's the third was what you and I call Sea vegetables arami19:42
haiki so the primary basis of the the first second and third life form are19:49
algae and grasses so every bit of life that will ever come after it if we exist19:56
another trillion years will be in that algae things that you and I haven't identified I have a doctorate in20:02
nutrition M I would imagine we probably know 5% of what's really going on yeah20:07
exactly and that's why the fish have so much DHA EPA because of the algae right yes yeah because a lot of people think20:13
they need the fish yeah and the fish are riddled with parasites right parasites20:19
and Fish by the way fish oil is a carcinogen really and as the cardiovascular disease but let's not20:24
forget the story I'll go back to it again uh the country of land had a really good leadership about 30 years20:31
ago they realized uh we're the Bad standard America they realized that Finn20:36
people were sicker than Americans that puts an alarm off in any country holy God we're sicker than those people yeah20:43
right what is going on so they came up with a concept they said well let's get them off all of this you know20:48
animal-based food and get them on fish because fish is great and fish has oil so the minister said yeah let's let's do20:55
Finnish studies not French studies and German studies and American studies and they did it in lo and behold they took a21:01
group of 285,000 people half were on fish and fish o the other half were and21:06
at the end the group on fish and fish will double the heart attacks and strokes wow crazy this is all very21:12
widely available the International Organization for oil has never condoned fish oil they all know it's a carcinogen21:20
and I see it you know and the holistic doctors who just read Readers Digest supposedly or some YouTube thing but21:27
everyone on fish oil and there there's a company if you really need oil if you're not eating enough sprouts and not enough21:33
greens that have oil in it inherently uh out of Norway that's the best in the world has DHEA in it and it's a Zeno z n21:41
z n o so now let's go back to the original story we're taking a big road around so what was that question I21:49
forgot now I forget my main question too I was so interested in all those points21:55
yeah so anyway so now the life comes back the the the body's three bacterias22:01
you know the families of bacteria yeah raw cellulose is what feeds it now how do we know this because now we have the22:06
hardcore science on it yeah so the proof is when you put raw organic uncooked22:13
cellulose into the intestine more bacteria yeah that's healthy is created22:18
yeah now let's just take a minute people I know there's a lot of people out there have a lot of opinions and little to22:23
know experience or their own personal experience which isn't possibly what you need22:30
understand that you have only one reason you and I are alive and everyone else listening it's your immune system 80% of22:38
your immune system comes from those three families of of bacteria yeah but22:43
more importantly you ask about the mind and happiness 90% of your brain health comes from that22:50
bacteria yeah so what you feed your gut that's what you're feeding your mind yeah I have a very close friend someday22:56
you should interview him he's in Israel now living though uh Dr Gabriel cousins23:01
and Dr cousins uh was one of the top of his class at Colombia graduated as a23:07
psychiatric doctor MD and 35 he's never practiced that way but and 35 years ago23:13
he said this to me and I wasn't ready to get it I said how do you know that you know psychological Health in great part23:18
is because people are not eating raw green diets and he he pretty much not in the way we can articulate it today but23:25
explain what I'm explaining to you and the listeners out there and when you have that healthy bacteria23:30
you have this little switch the serotonin receptor site and It Makes You Happy Now what does fruit do fruit the23:38
original Fruit did exactly the same thing as Maj major cellulose roughage in23:43
it Etc but this high sugar fruit ferments in your intestinal tract wow now let's go back to order warberg who23:50
won in 1931 the Nobel Prize from a study he did from 1920 to 24 where he said hey23:57
all I have to to do is reduce the oxygen and you this healthy young woman by oneir and you're going to get cancer wow24:04
and people said you're wacky but then they looked at it and said no it's true my good friend who's the most important24:10
uh research scientist in the history of cancer he's alive today still he's young he's in the 70s uh Thomas24:17
cyre actually went through those studies three times and said he warberg was a24:22
genius a 100 years ago wow so you don't want to put high sugar rates warberg and24:28
him said high sugar when it mixes with proteins which you and I need even plant proteins ferment and when it ferments it24:37
doesn't put a healthy happy mindset into you wow and speaking of oxygenating I24:42
feel like these really Ox going to town on that like nothing else you know nothing like it while are24:49
there any fruits that you think in the supermarket if we do want to eat a little bit of fruit are there any fruits24:54
that you think are closest to the original fruit that are ideal if we're going to pick something doing includ our diet there's some that are better so25:00
let's discuss that so let's distinguish that people who have cancers viruses bacterias mold yeast fungus low and high25:08
blood sugar should eat no fruit wow this is what we've done with thousands hundreds of thousands at hocy25:14
successfully for decades so 42 years ago we started that and immediately saw the25:21
healing start to uh go a whole lot faster well you must have been fascinated right when that started when25:27
you did that and that happened this was so hard for me love because I was a sugar addict yeah and even though I was25:33
seeing this I'm thinking I'm young I'm okay I'm healthy I just can keep eating it but let me go and get into there25:40
let's finish this one subject I could talk for 20 hours good I love it so what ends up25:46
happening is you have these people like Dr steer saying you know white sugar is25:51
bad but Honey's good and this en xylol is good it's all sugar it's all exactly the same thing oh it's Coke cocut it's25:58
organic coconut sugar it's sugar taken from a coconut what white sugar is is26:03
sugar taken from the largest grass M that we cultivate about 20 minutes west26:09
of us right here yeah yeah and it's and you know heroin is taken from poppy26:14
poppy happens to be a really good thing for you but what do they do they take too much of this and what what does that26:20
become so I'm not equating heroin and sugar but I can tell you I gave up meat26:25
in a day although I loved meat in 1969 I had no consciousness about meat and how26:30
bad it was and what it did to me and my health in the planet zero but this woman was influential did she just walk up to26:37
you and say something walk up to me she was great she was a New Yorker New York people I love it you hear these stories26:42
like even Woody harelson he had acne all over his face and you hear his story when he was on a bus someone just walked26:48
up up to him and said if you cut the dairy your acne will be gone in three days and he was like my God it was gone26:54
and I saw a lady in front of me on the airplane when I was traveling to Miami and her face I felt so bad for her she26:59
had acne all over her face and I felt you feel like saying because you think do they know it could be the diet right27:05
but I feel like it's almost rude saying something to somebody so that's great like I like hearing stories when people27:10
say things to people like that the bad part if they go to the doctor the doctor doesn't mention diet dermatologist yeah27:17
people are so disconnected like this right again we go back to the Rockefeller model of medicine it's not27:25
about how the body works and what you need it's about suppressing the disorder27:30
so that you get temporary relief and people are happy with the doctor now I'm not saying all medicine is bad and27:36
modern medicine I mean there's parts of it we use we have a medical team that works with us and so the reality is but27:42
we don't practice mainstream medicine we practice legitimate medicine yeah there's a big difference so yeah the27:48
gut's important and fruit is going to ferment because of the high sugar content and we all love su Sugar and you27:55
know if you're not getting white sugar or honey I used to lit when I lived here in South Florida as a young young guy28:01
eat a gallon my buddy and I would eat one gallon of organic honey a28:06
week we'd have those we'd have those open mouth Honeys and we take whole wheat bread and we'd put our hands in28:13
wow and look you know that reminds me when I was a kid this is different than that but I used to go to the kitchen28:19
every day when no one was around and eat tablespoons of sugar white sugar just tablespoons you can't get enough yeah28:26
yeah wow so what do you think think is the ideal diet what do you EA in a day like or what is your ideal day well what28:32
I eat is a little different than a younger person who you know I'm an athlete but I'm certainly not a competitive Olympic Athlete so we've got28:39
to differentiate and you're 72 72 you look amazing I feel amazing I I literally I mean I'm not saying this to28:46
impress anyone but I really feel like I'm 20 years old there's no question I have today I lifted weight from 6:0028:53
till 9:00 I did a 1-h hour interview with England a fitness magazine got in28:58
the car and drove here counseled two or three people and the reality is that's29:03
how I'm I'm the normal 70 year 2-year-old person yeah exactly you know what you see out there is unfortunate29:09
and it's sad and it's expected and you go to a physician she or he says hey you're getting you get the old person29:16
disease there's no such thing as old person disease I know it's sad it's sad you know yeah well you look incredible29:24
yeah I'd love to know what you what you eat in a day my viewers were asking I very I eat one meal a day M I'm fasting29:30
right now I fast from Tuesday night until Thursday night dinner every week29:36
wow I never miss a week and uh the truth of the matter is as your29:43
body ages it starts to talk to you in a way that a 20-year-old body doesn't it29:48
says stupid the more you make me work the less time you're going to live wow29:54
true there I've read a little under 2,000 studies on longevity and diet and30:01
the thread that ties all of them together is high nutrition in small amounts reduce disease and prolong life30:10
so you want to be less sick you don't eat a lot of healthy food you eat small amounts of really healthy food wow so we30:17
go back to my diet the core of it is algae greens Sprouts which are living30:24
they're bursting as a time when we make cream juice they're this size 50% are30:30
sprouts wow and in the Sprouts there's the most important magic discovered in30:36
in the history of nutritional science it's called phytochemicals and let's give you a30:42
little bit of that story so when an Wigmore healed herself and we watched all these people come back from the dead30:47
from multiple sclerosis easy s if all I did is diabetes type two and heart disease I would have retired that's so30:53
easy it's not even worth talking about but Cancers and you know Parkinson's30:59
disease we didn't know why so when I became director my buddy said to me31:04
you've got to ask for something you can't be excited and do it so I said okay what we've I'm I went into the31:10
board meeting and I said what we have to do is discover how this works because every other day we'd have a new opinion31:15
of why it worked we didn't do it but the science community did so way back in the31:20
late 80s they interviewed young people like teenagers and 20 year olds and for31:25
the first time in a century uh kids were saying they don't like doctors and they don't like medicine why31:31
because they were brought up by hippie parents remember now now we're talking the 80s so the 60 parents were anti all31:39
of this yeah and living off the Earth and it alarmed the pharmaceutical31:44
companies wow so they put millions and millions of dollars in research and they gave John's Hopkins about 20 and they31:51
said find a new way to treat cancer for the 21st century and Hopkins was very31:56
wise they looked at data statistics from all over the world and saw that cancer rates in the developed world and even32:03
Eastern Europe were pretty much the same there was a real Enigma they looked in Northern Russia and there was one area32:11
where they had double digit less cancer than the rest of Europe and and and they ate the same horrible Russian diet and32:17
they drank bodka and they said why they went up and found they were still eating32:23
traditional cabbage lots of organic cabbage they were growing and so h started to research the cabbage and32:30
found out that broccoli which by the way is is a manc created vegetable that's32:35
not like an original vegetable they mix something together hybred to get a broccoli but it had the highest amount32:40
of medicine in it called sorane so I'll say it again so for aane32:47
and they just as they published a study in this country a graduate student came32:53
in and said hey let's take the seeds of it now how easy it they charg astronomical amounts of money for the32:59
seeds of broccoli I'm going to give you a little tip go to your organic farm or33:04
organic health store take the broccoli put some thread around it hang it from33:10
your ceiling with a plastic bag under it it will dry and those seeds will come out wow cool you don't have to do that33:16
you can buy the broccoli seeds too but they're a lot less expensive to do that yeah they sprouted them and found out33:21
the medicine was 50 five zero times stronger so now I write books for33:27
doctors on this I have a volume of medical books called food is medicine and it talks about how we know exactly33:34
what medicines are in each plant to prevent and reverse each disease not just cancer so aging we know that uh in33:42
these books I write about sugar aging people quickly including fruit and so why it shouldn't have done that but it's33:49
not the original Fruit wow crazy yeah wow fascinating I read I heard you say33:56
that or I read that somewhere that the BR Sprouts are 50 times more anti-cancer than broccoli it's not just our Sprouts34:02
anyone's and today they're becoming more popular they call Micro greens we brought sunflower to the world but34:08
there's enormous amounts of these I mean the three most powerful Foods in the world one is free it's called edible34:14
weeds and if you look on online you can find weeds of Canada weeds of France34:20
weeds of you know California and pick them and eat them they're free arugula34:26
by the way which is a weed you can also buy it for $3 at Whole Food Market if34:31
you want organically has the highest calcium of any food known to men wow didn't know that it's stunning you know34:37
and I love it it happens to be great U but what you've what you have to34:42
understand is that real information and clinical work and things that work and34:48
things that matter are not getting to the public out there even the natural health field in great part is a moderate34:57
example of what we could do better at mhm yeah mhm and even I know you mentioned calcium yes see we don't need35:04
Dairy you know not at all I thought I heard you say I don't know if this is a recent fact but I did hear you say once35:09
that Dairy you thought was or you not thought but was the number one cause of cancer it is but that wasn't my work it35:15
was stunning to us now Wigmore had this instinctual wisdom she had no formal education but after she healed herself35:22
she had you know she was sort of like that mystical Eastern European lady that35:28
immigrated to North America who had that earthy sense about her and it was35:33
frustrating to be around her because I was young and trying to find myself and was asking intellectual challenging35:39
questions and she'd never have an answer that was intellectual but she'd have these really raw clear absolute factual35:45
answers for me and what we started to understand is that Wigmore in the 50s35:53
nobody knew what a sprout was got a message that Sprouts are the most powerful food we didn't know till 9035:59
remember this why she picked that she didn't know why she picked it yeah it's an instinct and now we understand it's36:05
the most powerful medicine in the world with these phytochemicals and you know do other plants have it yet but if I'm36:12
going to eat a broccoli why don't I eat a broccoli sprout that is 50 times more I also eat broccoli but the fact of the36:18
matter is broccoli Sprouts are where the medicine is uh I in one of my books one of my 31 books I have uh something I36:26
worked on for 28 years it's the Sprout Pharmacy and different Sprouts the first Sprout is apple seed36:32
Sprouts wow so what people spit away you can actually grow into a sprout that's enormous do you know what that does what36:39
it opens up the arteries which are veins and more importantly the capillaries 74%36:45
of where blood move through your body are little tiny microscopic capillaries you imagine what that does for your36:50
brain for your heart and your libido important things uh the other end is z36:56
it's a type of Ginger you can Sprout it wow and what that does for the diabetics37:04
type 1 type two what that does for the neurological system and you know our37:09
medical team uh uses natural methodologies always and at sometimes where people are catastrophically ill37:16
you have to use temporarily a pharmaceutical drw I've never seen a more powerful Arsenal than the Sprout37:22
Pharmacy wow for this nothing works better I believe it and cheap yeah do you get get a lot of juice out of it37:28
when you juice Sprouts oh massive well some not I shouldn't say yes so if you take an alfalfa sprout you won't or a37:34
pea Sprout but if you take a sunflower Sprout you bet okay wow interesting and37:40
I juice a lot I mean a lot of green juice and things like that and a lot of greens too and a lot of people will come37:45
on the channel and they will make comments like toxins toxins toxins these plants have defense neck mechanisms37:52
they're bad for you you just wait in the long run or they say the oxalates G the37:57
iic is just never it's never going away I would love to hear your thoughts on the oxay topic I mean his name is Dr gun38:06
or gun Ley or gun okay he's the one that brought this up and I I really wish he38:11
had done his homework before he he became popular now back in38:17
1976 we were alerted by the the docs we were working with at MIT that seeds had this magical38:24
pesticide on it that were there hundreds of Millions ions of years before any animals were here certainly us we've38:31
only shown up in this form about 11,000 years ago so now we're talking hundreds of millions remember I talking billions38:37
of years when the first life form came yeah so what happens is that nature is38:43
wisdom now you don't believe in mystical and godly things listen closely because38:48
I'm giving you science that you can actually convert over to mysticism that the plants inherently38:55
understood that they were going to perish if the B dogs ate the last seed or the animals ate the last seed so put39:01
this natural pesticide on it that in fact prevented the the bug or the animal39:06
from doing that that's called an enzyme inhibitor yeah okay y yeah today they39:12
gave it some nickname and say it's bad for you and poison for you and and you better eat chicken yeah exactly yeah so39:20
the the the the truth of the matter is once you germinate the seed that goes away mhh so that's why it's powerfully39:27
important that any seed nut grain Bean that you eat you soak it and germinate it w and you also then increase the39:34
nutrients on an average of eight time so what that means people eight times more vitamin A vitamin B vitamin C vitamin D39:41
whatever it may be you also make it about 17 to 57 times more digestible wow39:48
because I mean I know one thing when I started to eat a healthy diet I had never eaten anything but bland39:53
overcooked and saturated nothingness yeah my body couldn't take roughage yeah so I had nothing but gas no yeah and it40:00
can take people time right I think they think oh I'm loaded gas this isn't the right path and then they check out too40:05
soon yeah and and the the doctors who know nothing about nutrition but seem to have an opinion anyway say you can't40:11
digest raw food the truth is you can only digest raw food because there's something to40:16
digest and the truth is your immune system 80% 90% of your brain works40:22
because of raw food in your intestinal try and the truth is 100% of every other40:27
species on this planet 8 billion 8 million excuse me species eat 100% raw40:33
diet in nature we're the only species that choose to cook our food and by the40:39
way hypocrates for 70 years has done clinical research sick people healthy40:45
people super athletes movie stars every Walk of Life from every right now as we40:51
sit here in this studio nine countries are at hypocrates and we watch what raw food does it's the original diet of man40:59
and it's that simple now my diet is about 90% raw I eat a little cooked food41:04
you know this is not a culture or religion yeah and we recognized from the work we did up in Boston at41:10
universities that once you're healthy now that doesn't mean you come to hypocrates and you're healthy in three weeks this is the boot camp that begins41:17
your Voyage but after you've done it for year two three years and we see your immune system strong and your blood41:24
cells are amazing we don't just guess this we see it this way and then we can say you you can eat up41:29
to 20% of your diet by weight is cooked organic food but when you cook a food by41:35
the way it becomes a problem for you and I'll give you three scientific studies on that first was done by vinnikov at41:43
Pastor Institute 1933 where he showed any level of cooked food cooked plants included your body's41:50
immune system identifies it as a foreign or an alien substance and attacks it so you're compromising your immune system41:56
by cook food you don't want to do that especially if you're sick number two42:02
1952 when I was just a little one uh they came out with a study and said any42:07
heated oil causes heart disease and cancer we spoke a bit about that with fish oil but even lettuce has oil in it42:15
spinach has oil in it wow so we know that that's established uh by the way the first one has been they try to uh42:21
challenge it 3,878 times second one 1,9642:27
two times wow the third one and and in they didn't do it it was impossible to42:32
do it third one was pretty recent that's uh the medical school my son's at in42:38
Stockholm Sweden and that's called car linsa it's the most impressive European42:43
school where they do the most research about 38 years ago they really got in trouble because they came out and42:49
said when you cook a carbohydrate and what is that a grain a bean you know42:55
mean you know bread yes it's bread but they're made of grains uh has a carcinogen called an acrylamide on it43:02
and everyone laughed oh they're wrong it's a done deal it's a done deal now that's been challenged 875 times so43:11
there there are real clear reasons and by the way they're great studies and it's impressive and it may Dazzle you43:17
but my work of 53 years I've watched what happens when we take people of cook food and we put them on living43:24
plant-based organic food I've watched what happen to me I love lost 120 lbs my Consciousness completely shifted my43:31
muscles grew I became a happy guy versus a guy who was angry and spitting and cursing all of the time and this isn't43:38
because some magic happened it's because the original lifestyle of man is raw what do you think we had cook stoves43:44
along the way when we were Nomads I know that's the thing of course not yeah you must notice huge Transformations with43:51
people there like coming to life with their happiness right it's amazing they must come in there feeling so down and43:56
depressed and do you notice them just coming to life feeling so much happier with the food we do and you know the one44:01
thing I'm a little jealous about is as a director and I do a lot of the lecturing and travel and speak and do things like44:08
this with wonderful people like you is our psychotherapists get a privilege View and they say to me people come in44:16
here suicidal hundreds hundreds thousands and by the second and third week when they're graduating they're44:23
happy wow they know who they are their purpose Etc and it's not all diet let's let's also talk about44:29
that uh you can still be confused if you have patterns of confusion unless you44:35
get somebody like a gifted psychotherapist to help you not a wacky psychologist or psychiatrist that's44:41
going to drug you but if somebody can say look at maybe you're in a marriage that's not good for you maybe you hate44:47
your job maybe you know the city you live in just I didn't really I'm I'm an upbeat happy guy I've always been but I44:54
lived in the north I didn't realize I had seasonal depression MH you know everyone would get a little excited the45:00
end of August or September say oh it's getting nippy I said oh Crum yeah the clouds are going to roll in and you see45:07
April's going to be never nice here of course May's going to be nice never nice if you're lucky half of June then the45:14
end of August September again it goes down I didn't realize I had that mes45:19
until I got you now I get out of bed every day I'm dancing I'm singing I literally put music on and dance around the house as I'm making juice and taking45:26
supplements in the morning every day yeah now why because environment has has45:32
a play in this country they think there's 80 million people with seasonal depression wow I mean I can't imagine45:38
Canada no I believe it that's why I'm moving to Miami I don't blame you it affects you I noticed that it does45:43
affect and I notice I feel less stressed when I come here with you breathe better the air is better the ocean I've heard45:49
even just going to the ocean raises your vibration and makes you feel better yeah there's ions electric charge yeah and45:56
what else do think like exercise is important and how can people be like you at 72 like dancing around with their46:02
juice in the morning like a lot of people get her of bed and they're not feeling so great or they have nothing to look forward to you know you've got a46:08
lot going on you're doing a lot jam-pack schedule a lot to look forward to I notice with like a lot of these like you46:14
L Corona a lot of people I know in this nich you're looking forward to things you're doing things so how can people if46:20
they're watching this they're in their 40s 50s 60s 70s whatever age and they want to be like you any any further well46:25
let's go back to the the last subject we spoke about you've got to find your purpose I say p plus P equals s personal46:34
passion equals success you don't find that I don't care what you eat I don't care how you exercise true that's it you46:41
got to find your purpose write that down people p Personal Plus passion equals46:47
success number two then you have to fuel it now we make you know the god food46:53
food is only a fuel don't make this a religion you know come on just eat the food You're supposed to I I don't go46:59
into my automobile and put you know rocks in there in my case I put Electric47:04
in there you can put gas in there so you have to put the food that your body's47:10
built for not a personal opinion or what the the animal industry has convinced47:17
you and your great-grandmother to do uh that you need that as a man I'll give you an example I'm I'm a flaming47:22
heterosexual M and when I became a vegan in the first few months they had so47:28
ingrained in our mind masculinity I said am I going to become feminine when I and it's inversely true well yeah even47:36
people say that oh you know you lose your testosterone if you're raw vegan like guys sometimes guys say that47:41
completely the the opposite yeah when you're eating animal-based Foods it's chocked filled of estrogen so I I know47:48
that a big part of why young men are feminized today and you know that because you're dating young men they're47:53
not men men like we used to be is because of this High EST genic thing they have in milk and they have in in47:59
eggs and they have everywhere else one of my many books is is uh talking about48:04
they tested a million eggs and 90% had salmonella or eoli or B salmonella you48:11
don't have to eat them just have to touch them so getting back the diet has to be what your body's built for raw in48:19
great part green if you're healthy little bits of organic ripe fruit that's hard so picking berries and in the woods48:27
in the middle of summer or having an orange fall from a tree in Texas or Spain or here that's perfectly fine48:34
occasionally for you I choose not to eat any fruit because I'm I don't eat fruit48:41
Brian it's all or nothing for me wow I love it this is fascinating yeah so when I I gave up uh I lost 120 pounds I did48:48
in year half when I gave up cigarettes I one day three packs went out the window wow and if if I ate fruit I'd eat the48:55
box so I know I'm like too I like that all or nothing yeah so it's good you'll be successful in your life the next49:02
thing is you talked about exercise now there are four incredibly important things you have to know you're young But49:10
as time goes on stretching is going to become incredibly important for you because after the ripe young age of 4049:17
yeah well 40 so yeah you are boy my God you look damn good I'm happy to be here with a youngster like49:24
raw so at this point you better be stretching every day 10 15 minutes oh49:29
boy even when I work out I stretch for 2 minutes and I'm like I'm out of here okay now if you do yoga that's a big49:35
help okay do Pilates but a body like you Pilates are helpful but not the best49:41
thing okay dense people with muscular they do better with pilat you're more of a yoga person and a weightlifting person49:49
you got to be weightlifting so stretching is one hardly anyone knows and thinks after 40 it's seven days a49:56
week when the few exercises you have to do daily is abdominal exercise I do 92550:03
sit-ups in the SAA every single day stop it no that's true wow what a Savage and50:10
every single year on January 1 they had 25 so I left I'm writing one of my I'm50:15
writing four books now and one is with the doctor his wife healed melanoma with us 20 years ago it's how to live to 12050:23
we laugh we say if we die at 119 they're going to say see it didn't work so true but in that book we we talk50:32
about these things and stretching you know you get repetitive motion and you're young 40 but at 50 you're going50:38
to see that your body wants to do what you've been doing when you stretch that doesn't happen yeah no and I have to fix50:44
talking about ABS in my last pregnancy my abs split by four fingers I got deasis reti so I haven't done the work50:51
to like close that Gap so I got to do that too because it's not good to have they're weak right is and when you get50:57
older it falls and you know you're very attractive you don't want to belly when you're 50 no I want to keep it tight and51:03
you'll do it yeah because you're smart enough to know lifestyle is important weightlifting is mandatory uh a book51:10
that came out in 2020 my wife and I wrote It's called manopause and51:15
manopause reveals something that women 75% of who reads that book are women51:20
like you uh don't know about their men so at 19 we're so viral if we see a a51:27
tree bent over we stop the car and want to hug it you know we just our horny as can be but by the time we're 25 that51:34
completely shuts off so at 26 we go into metap pause it's called andropause now51:40
here's the weird part that this has on a social abnormality so let's imagine you marry or with your husband uh at 19 he's51:48
all over you he kisses you he can't put his keep his hands off you you know you're making love constantly TW at 3051:56
he's not that interested in you so you wow you suspect yeah um you52:02
suspect that he's looking at other girls and he may be yeah and the reason being52:07
because what excites you and me is something new that's an animal Instinct52:12
period so but he doesn't talk about this because male's supposed to be viral until the day we die at 100 and that's52:20
the snapshot image but we go into what is ma andropause metap pause at 26 27 in52:28
this country in Canada young 40-year-old men 50% cannot sexually perform wow they52:35
total erectile dysfunction this is not a problem of alucino I think it was alucino right he's having a baby at 8252:42
absolutely absolutely wow that's interesting but alucino eats pretty well too oh he does wow you'd be surprised a52:48
lot of these people he hasn't but a lot of these folks come through we're the come to place for for these people wow52:54
so the next thing you have to know is that when you build muscle it helps the brain the heart and the53:00
libido why because muscle contains hormone activation and if you don't have53:06
muscle you're in trouble and what women were not your generation thank God my53:11
generation were told it's not ladylike to lift weight it's not ladylike it's the opposite I think a woman doesn't53:17
look good without muscle that simple just like you don't think a man looks good without muscle yeah yeah it's53:23
normal and you can develop muscle at 100 the same as you can at 18 wow problem is53:29
it doesn't you have to keep pumping it up at 18 you can walk around like a peacock for a week yeah every other day53:35
you have to lift weight three days a week okay so now the next thing is aerobic uh the word aerobic came from53:41
one of my colleagues my buddies um he wrote a book many many years ago uh Dr53:48
Kenneth Cooper and he was a great Runner and a medical doctor who wanted to research first ever exercise is a53:55
benefit and he put the word aerobic in and the publisher said we're going to call that54:01
book aerobic and he said if you do I'm I'm not going to let you do it and they did and you know the rest of the story54:07
we require a minimum listen closely a minimum of 35 minutes 5 days a week of54:13
heart pounding sweating I don't really want to do this aerobic wow now I'm not a big fan of Runner running why because54:19
I see all the runners at 40 and 50 come to me even vegans even healthy people with hairline cracks and arthritis so54:26
highspeed walking swimming is the best hands down swimming now if you're in Northern parts of the world that's54:32
impossible but here in Florida I mean we freak out when the water gets 75 we won't go in but swimming is important54:39
yeah but you know a lot of the wonderful equipment they have now elliptical machines which is I love it the great54:44
one that's what I did this morning you know the rowing machines so these are the things that we need to be doing and54:52
I would like you to do an hour or six days a week as I do my day off I walk on the beach for five miles when I'm here54:58
and not lecturing wow and so why CU your ancestors five generations ago did all55:03
of that they didn't call it exercise and they didn't have a gym pass they were farming so they survived and that's what55:10
they did they did stretching they did aerobic they did weightlifting and the last one is you need vascular nobody55:16
even brings this in vascular exercise and that requires I'll tell a wonderful55:22
Story the one thing men are relegated for when you give us babies is throwing55:28
babies in the air how you know you're you're married to a man man if every time you're not watching we throw our55:34
babies in the air now this is an interesting story I had an uncle Richie55:40
he would be throwing the kids all up in my ancho was screaming it like terrorized the whole family I said been55:46
there yeah I'll never do it yeah my wife's not around my first baby 40 some years ago throwing him in the air yeah I55:54
talked to an anthropological biolog ologist and he said that's your instinct55:59
and I said why do we want to throw our babies in the air he said to develop the lymphatic system wow isn't this amazing56:06
that's amazing so when it goes up and down so vascular exercise requires56:11
trampolines or crunches you don't have to do it with weight you know up and down today I did Heavy crunches but56:18
frankly I can't do as well with vascular exercise with weight it's better to up and down up and down bend down and get56:24
up um and this is as important because as you age the rigidity because you you56:31
get low in nitric oxide of the vessels you know those 74% capillaries invisible56:37
and these veins get rigid and you want it at 70 years old and 80 and 90 and 10056:43
years old you want flexibility so beyond eating a diet rich in nitric oxide green56:48
leafy vegetables and taking supplements I created one with a Canadian by the way triple PhD called circulation Max so56:56
that at any age you're going have nitric oxide M but these are the things you need to know about exercise and exerc57:02
let me once again clearly stay to you you cannot and will not be healthy without all of these exercises I don't57:09
care what you eat one of the problems I have with the vegan Community is they all eat and they don't exercise and they57:15
look like hell and they give us a bad reputation they're too skinny they're too weak they look like they're they're57:21
half of what they should be and you've got to exercise yeah we got to step it up we got to step it up yeah you got me57:27
thinking cuz at 40 things do seem like they start to change right so you got me thinking I got to get on a program57:32
you're a very young looking 40 and sex but the truth of the matter is this 10 years is going to be tough 50 to 60 is57:39
going to be tougher for you yeah okay well it's on no now I'm learning a lot in this I got to step it up I'm into57:44
active aging not anti not anti-aging active aging well I'm look at you at 72 right I know people at 72 and it is not57:52
yeah so they're grandparents I mean they're I have eight grandchildren but wow yeah and okay so I eat a lot of57:59
fruit right like we talked a little bit about fruit I just want to ask one more thing about that I eat I mean 50 plus perc probably fruit what did I know58:05
you're not going to like that but so if I were to change say tomorrow you were to give me a program what to eat all day58:11
like I feel like how am I going to fill up this is this is it this is my favorite nothing makes me feel better I swear to you than green juice that's it58:18
so I could drink a lot of that but what else greens with salads what about the fats ratio do you avocados and nuts what58:25
is is ideal to you what are your thoughts on that Fat's got a really bad rap because58:32
um we made a mistake my wife gives a two-hour class do fats make you fat and58:38
healthy fats actually reduce weight on the body so let's go to alocado which is a great favorite of mine and any not any58:46
but most people in the Raw Arena uh University of Illinois just58:52
published last November a study that was mindboggling to us cuz we told people who were trying to lose weight I58:58
personally last October don't eat a lot of avocado he gave women who were trying to59:05
lose weight for a fiveyear period one avocado a day not a half an avocado they59:11
lost one inch in their abdomen wow so now we know that not only is it beneficial oils and fats for the brain59:17
for the body for the energy levels and it does give you that filled feeling and I'm going to tell you59:23
something in a minute but Mana didn't do that with but it didn't put fat on the men so thank God to the University of59:30
Illinois we appreciate what you're saying avocados are great I'm not sure everyone eats one a day but somebody59:37
like you that has a quick metabolism sure you could eat one a day and it is part of the berry family but it's not a59:44
traditional fruit with sugar to speak about and it has a massive amount of glutathione I don't want to don't get me59:51
on that I could talk about that for two hours on that one that's feeding mitochondria59:57
uh you also have to know that when you fill yourself up with massive nutrition now if these had Sprouts in it yeah uh1:00:04
the green drinks we serve I just drank two this morning before coming have the1:00:09
protein the average Western person receives in three days in one green drink wow so it regulates blood sugar so1:00:15
what's happening to you is what happens to me and a lot of sugar eaters is that we're gyrating and when you eat the1:00:22
sugar your body says give me more of that energy yeah and it's I wouldn't call a a fruit a false energy but it's a1:00:29
hyper false energy yeah because it doesn't have the original amount of sugar you're more grounded with the1:00:34
green juice much more grounded yeah and the proteins are there um so you know1:00:40
you you've you've got to balance this and you know there's two kinds of people if you're fighting a disease you've got to get religion quick if you're not you1:00:47
can say okay let's do this in the year the one thing I petition all of you to do for yourself the future of humanity1:00:54
and the planet is give up animal-based Foods even if you go into a vegan junk diet which is pretty easy to do today I1:01:01
think most vegans I know are junk food eaters I'd much rather see you do that because if you want to hurt yourself1:01:07
that's one thing if you want to hurt all of the rest of it that's another thing now if you can get to that point and then say okay by one year from now let's1:01:14
say we started today one year from now in the early part of next summer I'm going to be eating 40% of my diet is raw1:01:23
great congratulations you're not sick by the father following year 80% so it doesn't have to be rapid some doctors1:01:30
said you have a week to live or five weeks to live get on the horse and learn to write it even if it's1:01:36
kicking what is the most miraculous story that comes to mind if I think one story that you've seen so it's for me1:01:42
it's so hard L because really when you say that it's a plethora of stories true yeah1:01:48
um the most remarkable I ever saw that I didn't expect to recover about 20 years1:01:56
ago a gentleman I know who was in the Navy Seals I vaguely knew him came with1:02:02
his wife who I thought was uh drunk or high she was sitting in the chair and1:02:08
sort of falling off and her eyes were crossing and I learned pretty soon they1:02:13
hadn't taken anything from the husband he said something's wrong and I said you've got to get an1:02:18
MRI now the human brain is 3 lb to 3 and A21:02:24
lb when she got the MRI her tumor was over 4 lbs wow now how does that happen1:02:30
that's crazy I thought they made a mistake actually they had to make a mistake but1:02:36
the reason they didn't make a mistake because he was part of the elite1:02:42
military they brought him to the National Institute of Health and America should be proud of that organization it1:02:48
does better medical work than anywhere on the planet and the top Canadian the top France top German Chinese they all1:02:55
want to work there there so I knew it was accurate and I saw the report it was1:03:01
actually the little opening between the skull and the Brain it was all in there it was just some cracks and crevices and1:03:07
they told her the truth that nobody survives this wow you will die we can keep you alive another six months eight1:03:14
months by cutting it out and she said should I do it I said yes because you can't see you can't walk you know you1:03:20
can't talk you can't communicate and then I put her on the diet and she slipped off the1:03:27
diet and came back with vengeance and the docor went back to the doctor and they said we told you you can't do a1:03:33
second surgery that you will be dead in the next two months so she came back and said what should I do I said exactly1:03:39
what I told you to do before I'm not changing the story the story is the same well that was almost 20 years ago wow um1:03:47
you see that multiple sclerosis they're laying in bed they can't turn their bodies completely well now we know uh I1:03:55
had theory that finally was proven not long ago that multiple sclerosis was a1:04:00
virus attacking the brain it was proven University of Chicago it's chronic fatigue syndrome when I was a kid it was1:04:07
called kissing disease mononucleosis Epstein bar virus does it and so when1:04:13
we've seen these people get well we didn't understand how until recently I1:04:19
suspected it was a virus but when you can get the immune system of the brain to beat the virus up then the brain1:04:25
stops dysfunctioning at that point uh you know I've seen we said it earlier1:04:31
but I'll repeat it type two diabetes is not a disease it's a lifestyle Choice I've never worked with a type two1:04:36
diabetic that does what we suggest our medical team that doesn't recover if you don't get well within six months you're1:04:42
not doing what we tell you cardiovascular disease maybe 3 4% is1:04:47
really a disease it's a valve that doesn't work it's not it's lifestyle1:04:52
again you're you're sitting on your butt you're stressed and you're eating a lot of crap and by the way vegans can get1:04:58
this by eating too much sugar MH so the animal body your body and my body will create cholesterol from eating sugar but1:05:06
mostly it's people eating like I used to eat pork chops and bacon the most ungodly bad things and I1:05:14
would take those and actually fry them in butter it wasn't bad enough to begin with wow so that's how you get it but 901:05:22
96 97% its lifestyle can be correct1:05:27
and what about cacao I know it's technically a fruit right I I feel like it's toxic like it has negative effects1:05:32
on Me Do you ever include caca at hypocrates or in your life no no we don't uh about 20 years ago we have a1:05:39
magazine you can all subscribe to for free and get it online it's called healing or world it's been published1:05:45
since 2000 uh consistently and the form it is1:05:50
now and since 1980 it's been consistently published since we became directors and we did one1:05:57
called harmful substances and cacao was part of it not only does it have the notable caffeine in it the addictive1:06:04
quality of chocaholic that's why we call them chocaholic because it turns on part1:06:09
of the brain that even sugar doesn't turn on but you yeah but also it has something stronger more addictive than1:06:16
than caffeine in it now if somebody says to me I love chocolate and once a month I'm going to take some raw cacao and1:06:22
knock yourself out but I know me you gave me a little of that and if I liked it I'd be investing in the company1:06:28
before you know me too I'd be eatting the whole bar and then I'd be coming off of it for three days yeah we have this1:06:35
my wife and I agree with almost everything we don't fight but the one ongoing argument we1:06:41
have we have raw caca bars in our store yeah because as I walk around our 601:06:49
acre campus tropical uh campus I find candy bar rappers now not a lot but1:06:55
occasionally mhm so my hopes and sometimes I have a bigger imagination1:07:01
than what really is going to happen is that if we offer something like that uh1:07:06
and maybe they won't either Reese's buttercup or some horrible thing out there true um so sometimes you need baby1:07:14
steps you know what breaks my heart is when somebody's fighting a big disease and they're doing their things yeah what1:07:20
do you say when somebody's not fighting a big disease but they're like Brian you only live once I'm going to have that1:07:25
wine going to have that bacon going to have that chocolate what do you say to that I think they need to find a life1:07:32
they need to find passion if your if your joy is eating and getting high Uh1:07:38
something's wrong that's all I can tell you that if food is is is what you1:07:44
surround yourself with and it is it's a social abnormality imagine you and I are 20-year-old kids and we just met and I'm1:07:50
taking you on a date I just picture this people I said I'm picking you up at 7:00 M and you get in the car I shut the car1:07:57
off and I said I'm going to tell you what I think about you what would the average woman do she jump out of the car1:08:03
Cole 91 and want to have me arrested I'd be arrested and let's rerun the wheel you get in the car we drive one block1:08:11
away we go to a fine restaurant and we put food between us I could say the most1:08:16
absurd thing to you you're not going anywhere right yeah now imagine it's1:08:21
holiday it's Christmas as an example or Hanukkah if you're jewi uh and you say we're going to have a1:08:29
meal at at my house and I'm your brother as an example so we all come there1:08:34
you're in the kitchen you come out at 2 o' and you say by the way we're going to talk to one another today we're not1:08:39
going to eat they would curse at you ban you walk out food is is a narcotic in1:08:47
our culture yeah and by the way it has narcotics in it yeah beyond the sugar1:08:53
let me go one step more I was speaking at a major medical conference and it1:08:58
takes a lot for me not to like you and the guy that was on before me I really didn't like and I was wrong by the way1:09:04
sometimes I'm wrong my wife says more of more often than I think1:09:10
yeah um Dr David Kesler who used to run the Food and Drug Administration I1:09:15
particularly didn't like him because he went after binski and uh robbed his patent because he was helping to reverse1:09:22
brain cancer naturally the US government robbed the patent he was a culprit behind it but he had1:09:28
actually found himself and he grabbed my arm in a way that I had to look at him and he said I used to think guys like1:09:34
you are quacks but no more and to be polite I said what are you doing and he said I'm working on childhood obesity1:09:41
which somebody like me is alarmed with you in Canada and here and in England1:09:46
almost three qus of our kids are in trouble overweight and you think we're sick you wait you wait till the next1:09:52
Generation it's unbearable economically and emot what's going to happen and so he said I wrote a book and1:09:59
he said what you need to know and here I'm about ready to speak to groom of a Physicians is that every major1:10:06
International Food Company and most of these are all over the world Nestle Etc1:10:11
have chemists on their payroll that specifically put drugs in the food and I1:10:17
said what do you mean that's illegal he said no these are not illicit drugs they're knockoff of the opiates and1:10:24
write this down and look it up it's called hyper palatability so the sugar wasn't enough it's
and Clement yeah so nice to be with you so nice to be with you it's an honor raw foods Pioneer I think you've been raw0:06
over 50 years that's correct and you're world renowned you're known all over the world I actually in Toronto last week
0:12
was at my local juice bar cheers by the way no fruit in this so much greens so0:17
healthy I was at the juice bar and she was asking what I was doing next week and I told her a few of the guests I was interviewing and she said she's been to
0:24
hypocrates and she said she never felt better in her whole life and she actually said that she would see people
0:31
come in with a huge goer around their neck or with major problems and four weeks later it was like it was gone and
0:37
there was so much better she said she honestly never felt better in her whole life she had nothing but good things to say and she mentioned too that a lot of0:44
this was done I think on no fruit or low fruit yes this topic interests me so much so I would love to start with this
0:51
so you've been helping reverse things with people for so long now you were a0:56
master you are just amazing and why no fruit I'm wondering I think I saw in an1:01
interview that you noticed with tumors they were growing I might be wrong so correct me if I am that you noticed the
1:07
tumors were growing when you had fruit in the protocol so I would love to you for you to speak on this because I'm
1:13
fascinated by this topic I eat a lot of fruit so I'd love to hear about this so I was fortunate uh meeting a woman from

Hello welcome back to the channel today we have a very special episode we are at the hypocrates institute in West Palm
0:06
and we are with Brian CL and his lovely wife Anna Maria Clement they are long-term raw vegans over 50 years and
0:14
also very into the greens and not into the fruit I don't think Brian eats any fruit right not part of my diet so this
0:20
is so interesting I know you all love this we're going to talk about this see what he eats in a day see what they think we should be eating to live our
0:26
best lives CU I know here at hypocrates they help so so many people get healthy reverse things and truly come into their
0:33
own and live their best life so this one's going to be so good stick around to the end and let's say hello how are you guys very very good how about you
0:40
you're running around the country and interviewing people I see you all the time and do a great job yeah thank you
0:46
it's going great excited you're spending some time with us yeah know thank you thank you for having me and I had a tour
0:51
of hypocrates it blew me away the campus the property amazing so let's hop into
0:58
it so take us through there's just so much to touch on okay so first before we get into the food why raw food why should we be eating raw food and why no
1:05
fruit well let's start with raw food you know one of the things that I think that humans have had a difficult time doing
1:12
is respecting the Earth that we're on and our fellow creatures and all you have to
1:19
do is pause for a moment and today it's so easy for you people who like Google
1:24
and like to speak to series which I do sometimes too to ask the very question
1:29
question I'm going to pose to you how many other creatures in their natural setting eat cooked food and the answer
1:36
is none not one not one creature on the planet except human beings eat cooked
1:42
food in their natural setting and why we are the sickest and most mentally
1:49
Disturbed that really challenge the Earth that we're on that we were given to be caretakers of
1:57
in part is because we consume not only cooked food but what kind of cooked food
2:02
processed food processed food yeah so heavily processed heavily cooked and foods that are not foods for humans
2:10
called animal-based Foods this is ridiculous that we're still doing this in the 21st century and you both so over
2:17
50 years no animal products at all none at all wow and people think we need it look at you thriving in your late 60s
2:23
and in your 70s 73 right absolutely we have four kids eight grandkids never had
2:28
meat never had chicken never had eggs never had Dairy the kids never have no never and how was their development how
2:34
did they grow up well what we saw with our children and we know now in the science realm is that when you are
2:42
healthy as Anna was as a raw plant-based organic food eater is the children are
2:48
larger when you're carrying them so she always gained 45 pounds 40 40 40 well
2:55
she she she knocked it down five times yeah
3:01
and I that's the only time I've seen her with weight on her Y and then they come out and at around 2 or 3 they slow down
3:09
because they're not getting what I call Puff Daddy food things that are like Dairy food which you may want to
3:15
reconsider using Puff Daddy as example exactly puffing up the bones puffing up
3:20
so the the children are bigger and Etc but all of that development is very weak
3:25
so their tissue is weak their bones are weak Etc at 16 vegan children on healthy
3:31
vegan diets are the same as weight and size height as other children well it's
3:38
big difference too because our kids have been nursed and when you're nursing they
3:43
get a totally different nourishment totally different lactose if your formula fed you're in trouble from day
3:50
one that's right we've been telling people forever you have to nurse for at least two years before the child's
3:56
healthy emotionally physically and I think even spiritually yeah they just put it up the year so we've got to
4:01
correct what we' said makes a big difference I nursed long term almost till she was five and I only stopped because I traveled and didn't pump and I
4:07
lost my milk and she's just the most confident happy like feel safe secure
4:12
person you'd ever meet absolutely absolutely so now let's talk she said what do we eat well yeah let's tell you
4:20
what we don't eat first and why we don't eat a lot so at this stage in our life and after
4:29
more than a half half a century of eating this way the body becomes familiar with high nutritious food in
4:34
small amounts so we sort of mimic our ancestors for the majority of time that
4:40
humans have been on this Earth we were nomadic moving from place to place so we
4:45
were Nomads until The Agrarian age came only a few hundred years ago uh modern
4:51
Homo sapiens Who We Are We Now estimate 150 to 200,000 years ago we're in our
4:57
form and so can you imagine for 150,000 years we were walking walking walking
5:03
and only eating when we were hungry isn't that a really odd idea they didn't know there that there was no breakfast
5:09
no lunch no dinner no nutritional scientists no doctors no sham artists and no salesman basically telling you
5:16
you've got to eat so why people think they have to eat meat you were shammed you were lied to and you bought it yeah
5:22
all the independent why you think you need Dairy food meat industry and the dairy industry took care of you yeah
5:28
1917 they started to actually influence academic books by funding academic books
5:34
so now we talk about it so over time over half a century combined 106 years
5:40
or so with Anam Marie and I uh we have learned not to eat a whole lot and we're
5:45
not suggesting this for all of you listeners a lot of you are new to this yeah so you may want to overeat healthy
5:52
vegan food to begin with knock yourself out I had to do that at first but didn't overeat I wouldn't have stuck to this
5:58
because I used to overeat the junk junk food the bad food so we get up in the morning and we have I'm going to serve
6:04
some to you here green juice now this is not a typical green juice you buy at the
6:09
hell store thank you this is a juice that has I'm going to show you right here it has elements in it that make
6:17
this in complete Whole Food anti-cancer antiviral
6:23
antibacterial PR longevity food so right here I want you to do a closeup of this
6:29
this is what we developed in 1981 as the very first time anyone used the term
6:35
green drink we did that in Boston uh hypocrates Health Institute so I chose
6:41
cucumber to create elasticity and hydration of the human cell celery because of the sodium
6:48
content which is very important for the biofrequency field of your cells P grain Sprouts which are complete
6:55
protein and break down bad guys like microbes mutagens and sunflower which
7:01
have an anti-cancer and complete protein so this juice is massively high in
7:08
protein has both things that our bodies require and those things are
7:15
are sugar so this has sugar naturally in the cells of the greens and fats
7:22
essential fats from the sunflower that tastes healthy this is how I start every
7:27
every day we drink about a quarter of this each every every day and no fruit in it so I start my day with a fruit
7:32
juice you probably are not liking that right this is incredible look it
7:37
compared to what what most people do that's great true but this is nice isn't
7:43
it wonderful wow yeah you can live on this and so it's the evolution of understanding we don't want to go
7:49
forward we want to go back to the basics and our ancestors live healthy We
7:55
Believe longer and without disorder and disease on these typ type of foods so
8:01
let me ask quick too either of you any health problems or any health problems last 10 20 years or so wow and see
8:09
that's not typical right I know people in their 70s most people have five kinds of medications yeah I know people that
8:15
take like 800 and something pills a month in their 60s 7s the people I know are completely all these health problems
8:21
deteriorating so no problems right all so so much is the food right well it's attitude food and movement so I wish it
8:28
was all food some people have negative attitude and eat healthy food not good enough people
8:34
have great attitudes eat healthy food and they don't move in exercise so it's a combination but overwhelmingly the
8:40
fuel is necessary think of it in this way if I take all food away from you we
8:46
lock you into the room here for four months and give you only water what happens when I open the door H not good
8:52
you're gone yeah so of course food is important but the other components to us
8:58
are equally important m mhm true well said yeah yeah we we go we don't go to
9:04
work we go to have fun and be with people that are just as excited to come
9:10
here and know that because there's going to be healing they going to leave here in a much better shape so can you
9:18
imagine being a part of that every day seeing and then sitting with people after three weeks or four weeks and like
9:25
I don't have this pain anymore I can sleep now I'm really relax I mean there's so much going on this is like
9:33
this is what milk really should be yeah this is real mama milk Mama Earth
9:39
milk yeah you were saying before before we filmed too you had somebody headaches every day right and then they start for
9:45
years and years right like there's all sorts of things you see reverse here right it's incredible well this is
9:51
nearly 70 years and we've had hundreds and hundreds of thousands of people come through hypocrates and so you know we
9:58
have uh new program that's going to launch by the end of this year longevity my latest book is how to live to 120 Dr
10:06
Elliot Levy and I wrote that book well you're definitely on your way there we joke and say God forbid if we
10:12
don't live to 120 we die at 119 they're going to say see it doesn't work right
10:18
and then uh we we're the only Institute or Center on the planet Earth that has a
10:24
reversing demension Alzheimer's program wow and that's led by our our medical
10:29
doctor here who's Harvard MIT in Cambridge and then we have our
10:35
long-standing Comprehensive Cancer program uh we partner with the top
10:40
people in Europe Dr Ral as well as Dr Jan ranak uh and that's been going on
10:46
for 70 years here at hypocrates so we're known for all of those things and this
10:51
is also a place where fun people come and actors come and athletes come and the Williams sisters came here and one
10:59
right in this Villa actually Vanilla Ice even vanilla vanill it's funny Vanilla Ice came to one of my lectures must be
11:05
15 years ago never said a thing yeah well I didn't know who Vanilla Ice was to be honest with you yeah I only knew
11:12
black rappers my kids and I listen to his song all the time so I love it and uh he came to visit only know black
11:19
rappers he came he came to uh visit us at hypocrates and he said after that
11:24
lecture he radically changed his life so it was an honor to hear that wow incredible well it's working like that's
11:29
why I want to see so you start with the green juice with green juice Inc all we do is we don't eat I haven't eaten how
11:37
many years you I haven't eaten since 1971 what you call breakfast because between 11:30 at night and 11:30 in the
11:44
morning the body's back flushing so it really doesn't need what you've been conned by the food industry the most
11:51
important meal of the day well don't eat that meal drink juice you're going to flush it out and this is more than a
11:57
meal this makes what you've been been eating in the past look like a joke you could live on this yes you on this now
12:05
we start the morning we we use lemon we put lemon into there and why lemon does
12:10
anyone know why lemon you tell me why lemon you tell me why lemon you're a bigger expert Than Me Lemon is because
12:16
it's alkalizing and even if you eat a healthy plant-based diet because of stressors
12:23
and pollutants Etc we develop an acidity so this helps to neutralize the acidity
12:28
get the blood flow to go and it's antiseptic so if you have any little bugs floating around it's going to help to kill them mhm okay and any anti-aging
12:36
Foods oh this is all anti- this is all anti-aging I there's nothing I will ever touch there not anti-aging we we do U by
12:44
a feedback test and one is biological age you should see how much younger
12:49
people are 10 15 20 years younger by the time they leave here no way you do those
12:54
tests here and you see a difference from the beginning to the end so what are your biological age you do well I don't
13:00
want to admit it I'm 73 but I'm 45 okay now I'm going to tell you why we had a
13:06
gentleman come here 11 years ago with stage four cancer colon cancer colon cancer he healed it completely now his
13:13
hobby is bodybuilding I bodybuild too but he's serious he goes out and competes and he does the competition he
13:19
wins against 50y old kids oh yeah and damn it he now is
13:24
39 so yours is 45 though yes yes wow that's incredible yeah interesting we
13:30
got to get it down to 38 well 45 is pretty good like like 30 years younger right and you do look a lot younger you
13:36
both look radiant okay so the green juice yes so that's what we start now the big and you don't start till around
13:42
11:30 or so 12 no no we drink this when we get up in morning okay okay so between
13:47
11:30 and between 1:30 is when you should eat the largest meal of the
13:54
day now these are the condiments but let's bring the Sprouts over y so and show you Sprouts so okay these are the
14:01
best looking Sprouts I've ever seen if we didn't make goodlooking ones look at this I didn't see this before look wow
14:07
Kevin can you get some close-ups of this look at that this is unbelievable this is the best food in
14:12
the world truly the world really this is the best that's why we have more people
14:18
reverse disease at this institute than any Institute in the history of medicine and those of us that eat this way we
14:24
just don't age the way the rest of this is on top of that to it's true
14:31
so we have how many on the table I think something like 25 or 30 Sprouts every
14:37
single day every Sprouts now why Sprouts yeah why Sprouts well look at this again
14:43
we'll go back and use sunflower since everyone's familiar with that if I put this little black seed in the ground in
14:49
seven weeks it's a large plant that in the morning faces the east at night
14:56
faces the West that has 2 to 3,000 seeds on it mhm now can you imagine in this
15:01
juice that you're drinking this has approximately 350 to 400 of those spots
15:09
that have the energy to come in there so you know in my upcoming book Quantum
15:14
human I speak about the biofrequency force of the cell and how that brings you together and now that rejects free
15:20
radicals which is the cause of all aging and disease so now let's look at this extraordinary plate so already we
15:27
familiar with with sunflower and PE greens and the proteins and anti-d disease rate how about
15:33
broccoli way back in the 1980s early 90s Hopkins was commissioned John's Hopkins
15:40
to do a study to see they could find a natural anti-cancer agent and this is it
15:46
matter of fact it has been stated now several universities all over the world
15:51
that the most effective anti-cancer agent in the history of medicine we're not talking about natural medicine
15:57
history of medicine is broccoli Sprouts that's part of our diet every day look down here at mung beans these are
16:04
amazing I don't care where you go around the world in Asian cultures they all consume mung beans now little did they
16:12
know why but back in the 19th and 20th Century we found that they're complete
16:17
proteins they are loaded with zinc so if you don't want your hair to turn color that's in part why mine hasn't this is
16:24
natural color yes because I've been massive amounts to this every day then
16:30
we come over here to buckweed if you have any cardiovascular problems that means fitis Strokes heart attacks or
16:37
that's a history a lot of letin leian and then over here we have Clover
16:43
Sprouts yes I we have beet Sprouts they're amazing well you talk about
16:48
people are buying these supplements all of the time for nitric oxide and yes we can be benefited from them but boy
16:55
nothing is like a sprout of beets that puts nitric oxide anti-aging anti-cancer
17:00
at a different level now we call these the condiments in the front you guys call that the salad M so we after we put
17:08
this on our plate yes then we actually uh well let's just do it to show them
17:13
what we you know when people come to the buffet and hopefully you can film it at five MH then they take a little bit of
17:20
sunflower to start with because you can always go back little bit of pea
17:25
sprouts and little bit of cabbage over and then of course the broccol broccoli
17:33
where you hear so much good about that and then buckweed buak is one of my favorite CU it has all this letin and it
17:41
opens capillaries it's amaz good for your skin all of this collagen crap this
17:46
is my favorite to put on top and then you have the M bean
17:52
sprouts and then we have other Sprouts like lentil Sprouts so we have the
17:58
little sprouts too lentils are loaded with ir Sprouts we have Fen Greek
18:03
Sprouts do you realize that they that's what they make steroidal drugs out of no way anti-inflammatory only they don't
18:09
want you to know that cost about two cents no we have suuki Sprouts gosh you
18:14
can Sprout everything and then there's my is is kidneys bladder uh one of my books a matter of
18:21
fact I've given you a copy of it I have the Sprout Pharmacy there tells you
18:26
everything from Apple Sprouts to Ging Sprouts at the end what diseases they prevent then after we put the real food
18:33
on we put condiments on yes now we get some lettuce the people actually know
18:39
what it is we get our kale kale that's great and we get Kevin
18:46
you'll get some food shots too right I already got okay good with these trays and everything scallions scallions and
18:54
then do you know how incredibly high in calcium arugal is really amazing there's
19:00
nothing on the planet that comes close to a r in very inexpensive yeah yes water crust Water
19:08
Crest Water Crest okay then we have some fun here we
19:13
have some olives that's if people still want the salt but olives are really nutritious onions I love onions and
19:20
olives are like a probiotic right probiotic and also complete protein wow
19:25
we know the cretans Cucumber for 300 years lived on the protein just on olives on The Islander
19:31
Creek yes that's about it now now if you want bread you European types yes what
19:38
are you going to have there so now we have crackers that are made we call it
19:44
um the kind of tuna because we shop uh um celery and it's sunflower seeds and
19:52
we put it in the blender and we fix them up and so these are crackers from that
19:58
nice so you take there something now there's dressings and the dressings are all 100% raw yeah so you nice the
20:05
dressings look incredible everything does soive olive oil you have hemp oil
20:11
CH oil you have some brags you have you don't need sugar sugar is the biggest killer out on the market today you can
20:18
use the liquid stevious for that and what's in these dressings that's a mustard dressing I think and an Italian
20:25
dressing it's Italian so we made something fun you know these are made in
20:31
the dehydrator so these are made in the dehydrator takes 24 hours and we made
20:39
these that is just like I love it they look incredible yes they nice so we have
20:44
mush and squashes different color squash and and um what do you call it paprika paprika
20:52
yeah but the big thing is paprika in United States is called sweet
20:57
peppers and and this is cabbage salad which is really nice which we have
21:03
recipe in our last magazine so our magazine is called healing our world
21:08
yeah we can show you a copy and there's always amazing recipes here mhm so
21:14
where's the magazine available if somebody want it's online it's for free comes out quarterly this one is on
21:21
Humanity but each one we have a different theme and you have uh testimonials in every magazine you you
21:27
learn a lot lot of things people that have healed them themselves and this is how we keep in touch with our with
21:35
people that have been here and people are new to this so ever since 1980 on a
21:40
quarterly basis we published this magazine and all of the back issues are free you can download them from our
21:47
website okay and so we've had tens of thousands of people uh have healed
21:53
stories in here too incredible I forgot to tell you about asparagus CU they are
21:58
favorite and a lot of things that we eat people only ate cooked and now they eat
22:04
raw asparagus it's crispy it's wonderful and it's loaded with something called glutathion MH oh it is I didn't know
22:12
that no which is a big antioxidant right and so is avocado of course so we you
22:17
know our food is medicine our food is medicine hey why did we call this joint
22:24
hypocrates yeah exactly and do you think you're thriving more than you would be if you were
22:30
having like even natural sugars all these years oh absolutely even like having like a lot of fruit so we'll get
22:35
to the fruit thing I know that you yeah I'm interested I ate massive amounts of
22:40
fruit uh and of course it's easy because we're all sugar addicts M there's not
22:46
one of us out there unless you're lying that's not a sugar addict yeah true and I'm just recovering I'm recovering right so what
22:53
what you have to realize is that the human species thrived on fruit when
23:00
fruit was wildly different than it is today that the original Fruit had little
23:05
to no sugar it was mostly fiber and so what happened is humans got involved and
23:11
when they started to harvest it and sell it it became apparent that people wanted
23:18
naturally to go after the sugars so over Millennia thousands of years they
23:23
started to hyb Hy breed and hyb so today the agricultural natural scientists who
23:29
are fruit cultivating experts tell us the average fruit has 28 to 32 times not
23:36
percent times more sugar than the original one that's crazy isra wow that's unreal really wow and the second
23:43
problem we all have is that we were brought up not eating this way so we were brought up on massive amounts of
23:49
sugar and our pancreas the organ in our body that actually regulates sugar no
23:56
longer functions the way it should so when you take massive amounts of sugar your body never should have in the form
24:01
of fructose it goes into your bloodstream and feeds viruses
24:08
bacterias fungus yeast bacteria cancers Etc now this is not heay uh we may look
24:16
very casual but everything we do is science-based so we have been a living
24:22
laboratory since 1956 so we used to give massive amounts of fruit to everyone no matter what they
24:29
had and about 40 some years ago we took it out and clinically Through Blood
24:34
profiles and medical studies saw radical shifts in recovery and healing so
24:39
interesting in one of my there weren't really common books for there were science books I have a chapter on how
24:47
fruit sugar ages you more than most other things really yeah so it really eats up it way this is why you see U on
24:56
National and international TV dentist even saying even healthy food can be bad
25:01
for you they're talking about fruit because it's all picked on ripened so eats holes in your teeth it doesn't
25:08
ripen when it's off the tree or the the bush that's baloney anyone that tells you that's not a science-based person so
25:14
the only one that does that is a banana so if I pick which they do in the State of Florida where we are now orange is
25:21
six months early and that's not an exaggeration three months early can you imagine your body becomes an incubator
25:28
and so your poor bones your teeth your cartilage and imagine what that does to your skin over a long period of time so
25:35
we don't want to feed disease we don't want to age and sadly if we didn't mess with the fruit I'd be telling you how
25:41
wonderful fruit was yes wow okay interesting food for thought we got more
25:47
stuff that we that we have on the buffet we have Dill which is amazing um spice
25:53
for your food there is scallion there is avocado
25:59
oh tell what this is avocado is amazing avocado of course is omega-3 it's the
26:06
best fats and everybody wonders you know so the latest thing from University of
26:12
Illinois if you want to lose weight eat an avocado a day yeah we were restricting people we were wrong thank
26:18
God science leads us yeah yeah so gluto and of course grated vegetables root
26:24
vegetables wherever you live in the world you you're going to have to vary what you can find and what you can grow
26:33
but you know the idea is more or less you know have you ever have you ever graded something like a parsnip or celer
26:41
which is a root of celery this just enhances the flavor of everything sauces and on top I mean anyone that says it's
26:50
expensive teeth this way look at this this is pennies anyone that say it's hard to eat this way you have no
26:56
imagination your taste bu are dead that's all I can say if you need high sugar high fat you just haven't gotten
27:03
to a place for eating Excellence of food you know food should be very very tasty
27:08
and your body should be receptive to that the first week when people arrive here it's even though they have all
27:16
these amazing flavors they don't taste it because they're not they're used to
27:21
meat and potato and then by the third week they will tell you I wish the chef
27:27
made food this week that the same that they do now the first week because they
27:33
taste bus have changed and meat and potato or Beyond burgers or impossible burgers or you know like 30 mangoes I
27:40
used to eat or you know the big watermelons I'd eat the entire thing and that's what happens when you're a sugar
27:46
freak a sugar addict yeah so this now let's say you have diabetes so now you
27:52
come with diabetes you're on insulin your need is going to go down very fast
27:57
on this cuz this these Foods require very little insulin so now your poor
28:02
pancreas can go on vacation and you slowly bit off medication especially diabetes type two
28:10
yeah you don't realize I mean you you have people who are promoting fruit and
28:15
saying you need sugar well the body does require sugar absolutely this has all the sugar you need this is glucose that
28:21
salad there m is all the sugar a 200 lb man or woman would require in a day
28:28
when you go beyond that amount of sugar again it permeates in the bloodstream and ages you and feeds disorder wow now
28:36
this is why people on high fruits have candida and fungal and use problems vaginal discharge foggy brain all of
28:43
this stuff mhm and I think people think like this would be hard you know how do you fill up on not eating fruit like but
28:50
you guys feel like you fill up you feel satisfied you don't feel like you're missing out and you have high energy yes Anar I eat one meal a day yes we drink
28:58
nothing else but juice we take plant-based supplements mhm and I fast
29:03
two days a week oh you do so Wednesday I don't eat and Thursday I don't eat and what are the benefits you experience
29:09
with that well number one you get mental Clarity more energy so that's the day when I'm working out on weights at the
29:15
gym I do more than any other day so you have to remember it's a very simple thing to understand you have X amount of
29:23
energy you can either use it on taking food and pushing it out of your body M
29:28
or for exercise and mental acuity I just choose to do the second you know so you don't need a lot of food Remember The
29:35
evolutionary body that you have was built to eat very little food on occasion so you think we're eating too
29:41
much these days we are no matter if it's vgan or not V yeah we're eating too much we're burning too little we don't use it
29:48
yeah you stay fit but the reality is you're dedicated to this but can you
29:54
imagine if you went to this step can you imagine started to really go one step
30:00
further I think why Anna Mar I got into this work is that we wanted to make this our
30:06
lifestyle that simple remember I lost 120 PBS to begin with so and other than
30:12
the food like I know you guys have so much here like the vitamin drips the just so many things what do you think
30:18
are like three other key things or like three big things we could incorporate into our life probably the psychology
30:26
that we do so much here and group sessions and private sessions that that is a lot of people because it's a part
30:33
of the program people will do it but if it wasn't people would say well I don't
30:39
need that and they're so priced when they go through these sessions and how wonderful of course our psychologists
30:46
are so trained they've been here more than 30 years our every guest gets that as part of our program mental health
30:52
it's important right oh big how I changed my diet wasn't my diet it was my
30:57
attitude how you exercise I get up and I exercise every day it's my attitude so it's 99%
31:04
attitude and then everything else sort of follows I think the second thing we do we have an Energy Medicine Department
31:10
we're the only Institute in the world with that yes we have about $2 and half million dollar worth of Advanced Equipment there and you're a bio energy
31:18
field so as an example if you fell down on the ground I wouldn't give you food or a supplement I take two giant
31:24
electric probes and put them on you to get your electric body started but sadly
31:30
natural medicine doctors and mainstream medicine doctors know that but they don't acknowledge it so they're dealing
31:36
with chemistry we know that your energy fields and your cells when they decrease
31:42
in frequency you're more vulnerable for aging and disease this is the food the living food
31:49
and this is the baby food that basically creates large plants that have by far
31:55
hands down the energy field you require mhm lot of people that have Cron's
32:01
colitis they have serious digestive problem and they've been told you can't eat anything wrong forget about it and
32:08
they so they're saying well I go to hypocrates well what are you going to eat there this is baby food this is the
32:13
easiest anything is Sprout this is tougher this is tougher and the Sprouts are the easiest hundreds and hundreds of
32:20
people reverse those Sprouts yes kidus Crohns ET oh absolutely I mean you know other people have ideas and philosophies
32:27
and they WR books and listen to other people we do this every day on people and they're here from all over the world
32:33
and we have watched this for 70 solid years and you must notice big difference on people's happiness right like their
32:40
happiness their Vibe their attitude when they come in versus even like how quickly do you notice like when people
32:45
go from you know the standard American diet to eating this clean raw food how quickly do you notice they start to feel
32:51
good and you see a difference end of first week wow takes about six seven days yes then the other thing you know
32:56
you talk about IVs and uh a lot of hyperbaric chambers we have all of that
33:02
anything that scientifically has been validated and we believe in is on this campus this is One-Stop shopping no this
33:09
campus is unreal editor I've never seen anything like it we just opened a genetic lab yeah we have the top
33:15
genetics lab in North America here now another thing but the big thing is with
33:21
the IVs most of you are taking genetically modified corn in the in the
33:26
shape of vitamin don't take it people M we use a
33:31
plant-based cassava now if we can buy it everyone can buy it but the cost Factor slightly different this weekend I'm
33:38
speaking at the international IV conference they're going to be a little surprised at what I say to
33:44
them and I have to ask cuz I was just looking at your hair I was like this is not dyed at all you don't dye your hair
33:49
so somebody's watching and they're like I want to do you think people can reverse gray or what are the top keys for preventing it well number one if and
33:57
you live long enough everyone will eventually get gray so if I do live to 120 or more I'll probably have some gray
34:05
but yes we see it here every single year people come full blast white here by the end of the day just from the weak grass
34:12
that is loaded with zinc just like I said what mung beans loaded with zinc
34:17
and taking food based zinc supplements hair comes back so the zinc is a real key you're young enough you just keep
34:24
doing this you won't have gray hair so 100 okay it's okay our founder an vigore
34:31
who started this 1956 when she had stage four colon cancer she went totally gray
34:36
and as she healed she got her hair color back no wa and wasn't she told she had 90 days to live oh yeah yeah yes she was
34:43
a the Harvard guys the top guys told her that 1952 how old was she then 50 she
34:48
was 50 so they said you have 90 days to live you have stage four colon cancer so she went raw went 100% raw Absol went
34:55
Sprout raw raw is one thing uh vegetables picked in California through three weeks ago are not what
35:02
we're talking about here that's why we call those condiments yes this is the food so the difference between that and
35:09
this is probably about 75% nutritionally and about 75%
35:16
energetically and and by the way some of those plants are picked so long ago they have no Vitality of nutrition there are
35:24
a lot of sprout Growers that you can buy them from you can grow them at home you can grow them in soil or hydroponic you
35:31
could be on the 40th floor and and actually have a hydroponic machine and grow all this there were millions of
35:37
people all over the world doing it a big uh push now is in India we've had some of our students go there they millions
35:43
and millions of people in India now they're converting yeah over yeah I love it I love it I'm here for it okay so the
35:50
salad with this beautiful Kebab this would be you know what you recommend or what you might go for the middle of the
35:56
day and then is there a time you stop eating or is there anything you eat after that any dessert or no no let's go
36:02
back to your I guess not if there's no sugar right I'm thinking what would be dessert Dess they are we make desserts
36:07
yeah we make desserts we make um nut ice cream and banana ice cream banana has
36:13
sugar in it yes that has sugar but for the people that shouldn't have any sweet we make not ice cream it tastes amazing
36:21
so we go back a century and a half ago The Agrarian period not the nomadic period so when we were sitting we got a
36:28
little insecure so we put fences up and put farms in and we stopped walking where everything was abundant so now we
36:34
sort of gotten into control now we had to have countries and cities and states and then armies to protect ourselves and
36:41
we went from having six and a half babies when we were Nomads to nine babies because we had more calories with
36:47
less nutrition at that point when the sun went down people went to bed remember
36:52
there was no lights yeah no true and when the sun came up they came up so you're body is also programmed as Nomads
37:00
sung down bed Sun up up sadium Rhythm so it's only been 150 to 200 years we're
37:07
doing crazy things like staying up and eating like I used to do at 11:00 at night I'd be laying in bed with dessert
37:14
you know at night and not good so no that's really bad yeah it is so we
37:19
choose to only one meal a day if you're going to eat another one and some people should if you're young developing
37:26
remember we now know until you're 25 you keep developing used to be 21 now we know the brain doesn't stop until 25 wow
37:33
interesting yeah that's all finally we do brain research we don't have not us but the science Community about it the
37:41
other thing we do know today is that if you can if not at sundown at least three
37:47
hours before you go to bed and has to be this type of food easy to digest
37:52
nutritious food but the meal should be small in the evening M MH and you know
37:58
young athletes need that people who are doing exceptional amount of work and we
38:03
all use more than half the energy mentally than we do physically people
38:08
don't recognize it so a smart athlete is really using a lot of energy dumb athlete
38:14
[Laughter] list okay well this is incredible yeah
38:21
it it gives you an idea that it's not really complicated it's simple Sprouts you
38:29
either buy them from a sprout grower that grows organic or you start getting
38:35
seeds we have a lot of information we have a lot of books we have a lot online
38:40
you can see videos how to do online program you can be certified and teach this yes yeah and you teach this here
38:47
right if somebody comes to hypocrates you teach it so yeah this is great I feel like hypocrates is great whether you're dealing with a Health Challenge
38:53
or even if not half people that come are healthy yeah I know people who have come here um in the community and they say like
38:59
they never felt better in their life when they were here yeah so this is amazing what you're doing you should be proud um I want to taste test it too for
39:06
the camera so maybe I will in a second what dressing do you want I don't know what these all look amazing
39:12
anything else you want to share with the audience well I mean you know this may seem a step that's above
39:20
what you're doing now but remember take baby steps yes those of you that are facing premature aging and disease
39:27
you've got to learn to run but again half the people that come here are as healthy as an ox uh Superstar athletes
39:35
uh Hollywood sends all of the actors and actresses here to buff their bodies up before they do movies now why because
39:42
the top trainers say this does it this is the highest protein diet in the world what you're seeing there is more protein
39:48
than any other food on the planet Earth but it's funny still most of the planet won't they don't think that get you know yeah what a good job the marketers for
39:55
the meet and dairy industry did did an A+ job right kidding yes since I say 50s
40:03
it really went nuts and our mothers believed it and you know they believed
40:08
that formula was far superior to nursing I mean yeah true yeah and okay quickly
40:14
what comes to mind is maybe the most transformative story here or person you've ever seen come through we go
40:21
forever many yeah yeah I mean so many people have come and changed their life
40:26
and of course of course A lot of people do come they've been treated for cancer and they they are not in remission yet
40:35
and they they want to get to that place where you are where you are safe where
40:40
you don't look behind your shoulder for the next time that you have cancer again so the
40:48
William sisters the top female tennis players in history have been here and one was told she was going to die no way
40:55
stop playing tennis yes imine that would be like telling me to stop talking and uh and and secondly uh
41:04
you'll probably be gone in five years well she came here brought about her complete recovery became a complete
41:09
vegan sent her sister here her V her sister's a vegan the top tennis player
41:14
jovis is 100% eating this way so look it those of you who look at people who are
41:22
uh folks you admire they're all doing this they're all doing this and so so
41:28
you may want to do less than what you should be doing but whenever you do less
41:33
you get less and become less and do you think this is the future
41:38
it is a future yeah I think so too this is the future I just talked to this uh gentleman who's 80 he lives in a nursing
41:45
home he came here now he says I can't take it I am so constipated from all
41:50
this food that I got there I'm on all this medication I'm going to do this program I Want to Be Free so oh you know
41:58
imagine that we've had people even coming out of hospice oh yeah yeah when he said yeah heck no I'm not going yet
42:05
you want to tell that wonderful story we have great stories we're at home on a Sunday night and just about ready to go
42:11
to bed 9:30 we get a call and it's a front desk here they said a guy just
42:17
checked try to try to check in with his hospital gown on and tubes coming out no
42:23
way yes so we said well you can't put him on the street Le he can't breathe so
42:28
we had an oxygen tank here then our doctor basically said put him on that and we'll deal with it tomorrow morning
42:35
so he actually checked out of hospice yes when they when they told him he had 24 hours to live he jumped in the car
42:43
drove four hours here from the West Coast of Florida and basically well he's alive he's alive he's as healthy as
42:50
could be I just love it this is amazing you guys must feel so good it's just we the planet needs you so thank you both
42:56
for you do for the world it's welcome yeah thank we have a great team we have a lot of people that love to be a part
43:04
of this and we you know we work together it's all Mona petite give one of dress
43:10
try let's show everybody both the dressings look at this first class treatment wow this looks
43:15
delicious that's we kind of we have at home we have big Bowls because to fit it
43:23
all on a plate is kind of tough absolutely there you go that's delicious is that nice you got to tr try the Kebab
43:30
these you have to eat all of these you got to try the Kebab mhm let me try that this looks how do
43:38
women eat and not get messy that's what I want to no that is but people are
43:43
always messy with meat and chicken and they don't think about it it's all over I know this is something when you start
43:51
with children cuz a lot of families come here and some of them have problems some some
43:58
it's not the child that has problem it might be mom or dad but we do have a lot of kids here and this is very unfamiliar
44:06
for them so the first week you know they go more here they have olives and
44:11
cucumber and things that they used to used to and then by the third week
44:17
they're picking from the buffet they're getting things that they wouldn't touch the first week and you know and then
44:25
especially if they're teenagers they will thank us at the end and say how lucky I am that I learned this now and
44:33
not when I get older when our kids were young 10 12 they used to teach classes
44:38
here yes and the guest would be asking you know we wouldn't be in the class how
44:43
do you do this do you really do and they the guests would freak out and say you don't force them to do this no they run
44:49
around eating dults all day long love
44:54
it delicious mhm and energizing right just feels like in alignment with what
45:00
we should be eating you bet it just electrifies energizes you which is what food should do shouldn't be making us
45:05
tired right no if it makes you tired you're on the wrong track that's for sure mhm and more important than
45:11
anything else you eat this food you get sexy yeah yeah no it's great and how
45:17
lucky it's great for you both you're in alignment with the same lifestyle you know absolutely absolutely cuz it's' be pretty hard for each of you to date
45:23
someone that was eating Chick-fil-A or right when I first it's funny when I
45:28
first became a vegan um I didn't really think about that but then after a short
45:35
time when I would be near a woman that took Dairy food she smelled like sour
45:41
milk so I said I can't date somebody and my friends said what are you
45:46
nuts but you know eventually just can't do it yeah makes sense an Mar and I have
45:52
been together over 40 years M wow I love it beautiful perfectly in alignment right in all areas of your life I feel
45:59
like yes we are well this has been amazing I want to thank you both for welcoming us here and the sweets here
46:05
are stunning I'm looking at the water what a beautiful place to stay come detox heal yourself get healthy and
46:11
people would could they run into you both if they come here teach class totally open they'll get sick of us yeah
46:17
okay so I will link the hypocrates down below and I will link the books everything I can your Instagram page
46:23
everything we can down below and go subscribe to the channel follow for more I'll put two amazing videos on the screen right now I'll put the podcast we
46:29
did together that was good on the screen and yeah go eat more living raw foods these foods make you feel amazing I hope
46:35
you're inspired to make a green juice or get healthy and we love you we'll see you in the next one bye bye see you then
Hello welcome back to the channel today we have a very special episode we are at the hypocrates institute in West Palm
0:06
and we are with Brian CL and his lovely wife Anna Maria Clement they are long-term raw vegans over 50 years and
0:14
also very into the greens and not into the fruit I don't think Brian eats any fruit right not part of my diet so this
0:20
is so interesting I know you all love this we're going to talk about this see what he eats in a day see what they think we should be eating to live our
0:26
best lives CU I know here at hypocrates they help so so many people get healthy reverse things and truly come into their
0:33
own and live their best life so this one's going to be so good stick around to the end and let's say hello how are you guys very very good how about you
0:40
you're running around the country and interviewing people I see you all the time and do a great job yeah thank you
0:46
it's going great excited you're spending some time with us yeah know thank you thank you for having me and I had a tour
0:51
of hypocrates it blew me away the campus the property amazing so let's hop into
0:58
it so take us through there's just so much to touch on okay so first before we get into the food why raw food why should we be eating raw food and why no
1:05
fruit well let's start with raw food you know one of the things that I think that humans have had a difficult time doing
1:12
is respecting the Earth that we're on and our fellow creatures and all you have to
1:19
do is pause for a moment and today it's so easy for you people who like Google
1:24
and like to speak to series which I do sometimes too to ask the very question
1:29
question I'm going to pose to you how many other creatures in their natural setting eat cooked food and the answer
1:36
is none not one not one creature on the planet except human beings eat cooked
1:42
food in their natural setting and why we are the sickest and most mentally
45:59
